The green fruit is guava soaked in plums. You can eat it with or without chili paste. You can eat all of them except when there are oily seeds. It's normal light green.

Plum soaked guava is made from clean water and dissolved with sugar and salt and plum juice. Then take a fruit such as guava or mango into the soak, add green food coloring.
I was there last week and it was packed up top with people having picnics and enjoying the climb, you're lucky to have found it so empty :) It's a super cool experience climbing up there and taking the waterfall back up is definitely way easier and more fun than taking the millions of stairs in the Thai heat😂
I thought it would've been busier during the day - I think I like that it was almost empty for us! You're right I definitely preferred getting wet and refreshed 😂

There are some super slippery parts too but they're few and far between. Definitely use the ropes when climbing, just in case you hit a slippery spot unexpectedly. By that temple there's a stair case leading to what I presume is another temple. I didn't stop but did manage to get it on video and I'll post it when I get a chance to start editting my footage from my 2 week trip around Thailand :)

That was “ Guava” fruit. But the one I had already peeled skin off and dip in some kind of sauce to give them a vibrant green. I prefer the fresh green Guava . You can find them form any wet market in Chiangmai.

Today is very good to travel in the countryside and when we run or ride a bicycle or drive a motorcycle When you see a dog chasing you You stop in place and act like you're bending down to pick up the dog, it will stop immediately. Then the dog swinging pose will run away. Oh.. I almost forgot when I put on my helmet and it's bite marks. Find a thin towel around the head first and then put on a helmet and it won't scratch.👍❤

I lived in Australia for 2 years and now in BKK, I think wild lives in Aus are wayyyy more scarry than Thais 😁 Especially massive spiders and spiders seasons when they nest in corners and on trees. That scares the sh*t out of me than tiny Thai bugs 🤭
