You definitely want to watch some of their live performances, too. It's hard to believe, but they're even better live! I suggest "Baepsae, Dope, and Fire," which is all in one video. Also, "Magic Shop" live, which is near and dear to many ARMY'S hearts. Honestly, Magic Shop impacted my life so deeply. Mic Drop, ON: Kinetic Manifesto Come Prima, AND Black Swan are usually three of the most recommended MVs to watch for newbies bc they are so enticing. They are such a whole package: vocals, raps, lyrics, dances, performing, vibes. Not to mention that they are all amazing human beings too. As some has suggested, check out their live performances, bc they do sound better live than recorded. Some of the most recommended are their Room Live FESTA, BTS Tiny Desk Concert. Their performances at award shows like MAMA 2018 and 2019 are also legendary. Get ready to be blown away.

So "On" Kinetic Manifesto is next. It was filmed at Sepulveda Dam in California."On" is very special to me. But I saw it debuted on TV inside at Grand Central Station in New York City. Jimmy Fallon introduced them on a night I was watching. I had never heard of them before. I was overwhelmed with their uniqueness and talent. I looked them up on UA-cam and have watched their content Every Day since then. You have no idea how much there is to see about them!!! Notes. The young girl in the middle on the front row is the choreographer. Her dance troop The Lab is dancing with BTS. You will see. Her work is impressive. She choreographed a highly entertaining different version and concept of "Butter" for their Live Performance on The Grammys in Las Vegas. It's a Must See. BTS filmed this outside in very hot weather. It took over 2 days. They were wearing leather...very hot to dance in. There were many "takes". But here is what is amazing...they had to dance "FULL OUT" on every take. Whew. So exhausting. Suga wrote the dance break. He isn't just a rapper. He is a very talented musician and composer and producer. The TV version I saw was their debut of "On" to promote their new album "7". It was the start of their highly exciting new World Tour they had announced. The TV debut was on February 24, 2020. Do you remember why that date was memorable? It was the beginning of the spread of covid. The world shut down. They were called into a meeting and told their World Tour was cancelled. They were devastated. They had never worked so hard. They NEVER got to perform "On" for Army at a Live Performance. They swore that if they ever got to perform Live again, they would perform "On" first. "Bring the Pain ON" is the full line of the lyrics. The point being...they had survived all these years with all the Pain and Lies about them thrown their way...but it didn't matter. This is more similar to their style, hip hop, and they have some wayyyy nastier rap songs but also every song they do is beautiful and an immediate banger. No B Sides. And perfect stage performances. Yes, their talent is prodigious. And they are even better live, amazing as that sounds. But there is so much more to them than their music and performance skill. The reason their fan base is so global and universal and massive is multi-fold beyond the music. They change lives. They save countless lives, no joke, with their mental health messaging. Some things include: * Their crazy ultimate underdog origin story and the insane levels of hate and industry sabotage they survived. * The way they broke the KPop mold as genuine and stunningly honest artists, sharing their true thoughts, feelings, struggles and stories in their music, true to their hip hop roots. * Having those real hip hop roots also set them apart, even to the extent of the KPop industry rejecting them as misfits, even while the underground scene the rappers came from rejected them as sell outs. Everyone was against them. * The way they controlled their messaging, writing and producing from the very beginning. * The way they broke the KPop aura of glamour and secrecy, instead going straight to UA-cam and socials to connect directly with fans even before their debut, sharing their unfiltered selves, their process, their highs and lows, everything. No one else in the industry did this at that time. Partly they did this because their label was broke and could not afford to advertise, and had no influence to get them on the variety shows groups in S Korea usually use to get publicity. So I am an elder emo alt punk-turned-ARMY through and through, so I naturally recommend BTS's entire 11 year catalog, haha. They transcend so many genres (Fake Love speaks to my 2k emo heart, as does Suga/Agust D's entire existence). That said, you've got plenty of BTS suggestions so I don't need to add to that. If you're looking for something more actual indie, check out Parannoul, Se So Neon, Say Sue Me, and the Black Skirts. All so good! The Rose is another fantastic rock group, though they're a little more poppy-rock vs the other shoegazey type stuff. And if you want some sick beats, Epik High is incredible K-hip hop (they've been around forever, and were a huge inspiration for the BTS rap line to pursue music). Back to more mainstream K-pop, New Jeans is my favorite girl group obsession right now, and my "little" (36 year old...) brother is super into Twice. For guy groups, BTS are my ult kings but their little brothers Tomorrow X Together are awesome, as is the group Seventeen. Now as for J-pop! I'm not nearly as well versed there, but my weeb kids are, and their current favorite is YOASOBI. I personally really like Fuji Kaze. Really BTS has something for everyone, their lyrics are usually deep and go beyond simple couple love songs; some can be taken in different ways depending on what you need. They also cover different genres and have magnificent fusions. I don't like rap, hip hop, etc but I enjoy all genres with them. Something interesting to say is that BTS debuted in 2013 as a hip hop idol group, so even if they do different genres hip hop is part of them. Something that stands out (and that fortunately is gradually becoming more common because it was unimaginable before) is that since before the debut they were given creative freedom; the one who formed the group always gave them that freedom, even to organize themselves in internships (and they did not disappoint him because they have always given more than 100%) and was motivating them to participate with ideas, lyrics and music, agreeing with them that the meaning of their songs would be based on their ideas, problems, experiences, what they saw in their environment, etc, which was reflected from their debut song that was critical of the Korean educational system. They know about music, they play instruments, they compose, they write, they produce, they are complete artists. Live they equal or surpass the studio versions, sometimes they have said that they do lipsync because of how well they are heard. As you noticed in Dynamite and Permission to dance, the rappers participated singing, so there are also songs (mainly old ones) where the vocalists rap. Since you know a little more about their music and them, I recommend: Ddaeng (feat vocal line), is a song of the rap line but in this version the vocal line does the verses of the rappers Daechwita (Suga's solo song) and Chicken Noodle Soup (released solo by J-Hope with Becky G), both on the all BTS version of the Sowozoo Festa.
Yeah, when they first hit the scene people could not believe they were real and accused them of lip synching because they are so good. They got in the habit of leaving random words off lines to show their mics are always hot. They use a vocal backing track of course, as is standard for live performances in all music industries, but they always sing and rap live, while dancing.
I'm fairly new to the discovery of BTS, but most definitely Army now! My favourites, apart from those you have already watched, are: On Kinetic Manifesto, Save Me, Fire, Boy in Luv, Silver Spoon (Baepsae), Black Swan, Fake Love, Idol, Spring Day, Blood Sweat and Tears, Run. I also think the MMAs 2019, Tiny Desk Concert and Fiesta are well worth watching. There is so much to catch up on! I have also discovered that they are very funny and seem to be more like brothers now after they lived together for many years at the start. A good guide to the 7 members is definitely worth watching. Sadly, I just got into them and they have gone into the military, but I am spending the 18 months watching 'Run BTS', In The Soop and many other videos of them travelling and being hilarious. I am also catching up on all their music as there is a lot I haven't seen yet.

They are based in Hip Hop and R & B with the 3 Rappers all coming from the underground hip Hop scene 2 were Rappers and the 1 a street Dancer. Their Fully English songs don't even make up 2% of their Discography. They also have albums in Japanese. All 7 speak of course Korean but also Japanese. RM (Rapper and the main song writer of the 7 the other's also write of course) is a polyglot so speaks more than 2 languages he speaks 3 as he also speaks English but the others clearly understand English and often try to use English in interviews where they feel able. Their stage presence is something to behold it really is their live performance's are on another level one wonders if they are super humans sometimes. They are all top tier solo artists who choose to remain as a group. They treat all solo work as part of artist development learning new skills and new experiences to take back to the group as a whole. So the are all very supportive of each other's work.

Thank you for watching this. You watched their full English MV’s. You will love On: Kinetic Manifesto Film. They starting training as a trainee in 2010 until they debuted on 6/13/13. Their first 3 albums (called the school trilogy) and were geared more on the hip hop side. Their discography is huge, so you have so much content to watch until they are all out of the military in June of 2025, we have some member coming back this year. Even while in the military we have solo music and albums being released. I am sure a ton of Army have recommended The Guide to BTS: The Bangtan Seven and I absolutely agree. For a more detailed docuseries I’d recommend The Rise of Bangtan. This fan-made series follows the members of BTS as they struggle to grow from children to who they are today. They are one of the rare artists that make their own beats, lyrics, compose and produce (as well as for other artists). A great one is their 2021 Festa Room Live, which they do medley of some of their songs from debut till 2021, as well as Proof Live with 3 songs for Army (the first is Born Singer, which is adapted from J.Cole’s song “Born Sinner.” BTS rewrote the lyrics to reflect their experience debuting. The song was originally released in July 2013 and only sang live twice and this one is my favorite of the 2. It’s a bit of reflection, and bit of biting back at the haters). On Oct 15, 2022, they put on a FREE massive concert in Busan call Yet To Come. Any live music and concerts, you can usually find with English subs or just ask Army and we always help with links or information. Their albums and music in general have concepts and themes and are way more complex than they may appear. A great example of this is Blood Sweat and Tears and I would recommend the Italian Army expansion of that song. Besides all of this, they all have solo songs and albums to dive into. If you decide to watch anything from one of the rappers Suga, he goes by Agust D for his solo work. I’d recommend Agust D MV and then the trilogy: Daechwita, Haegeum, and Amygdala. I forgot to mention more sad songs. They are solos by Jungkook, "Too Sad to Dance" and "Shotglass of Tears". "The Truth Untold" is absolutely the saddest and absolutely beautiful, as well as "House of Cards" (Live in Japan). Jimin and V have sad songs on their solo albums "Like Crazy" "Alone" "Love Me Again" "Rainy Days". Do you like rap that has sad lyrics? Go for "Tear". "Magic Shop" is good too. Just a note: You really don't need to go looking for other groups. BTS has over 300 songs of all types. The other groups are filling in while they are in the military, but BTS is the best. Even the idea of combining rap with vocal is a BTS idea (and they got a lot of s*** for it) which others are using now.

Since you liked Mic Drop, a fairly early BTS song and heavily influenced by the rap line hyungs. I think you should give one of their debut songs from 2013, the Boy in Luv dance practice video, as it has English subtitles. This shows their talent, along with the hunger for success they had!!!! It's one of their best songs!!!!!

If you want a great video making experience, just visually amazing, I would suggest Blood, Sweat and Tears. BTS does great music, but it's also important to note how visually creative they are.

WOW. I'm kind of shocked, but not surprised. You decided to stick with BTS for a bit. And Yes. "Mic Drop" does give you an example of who they really are. Korean. Talented singers and dancers. Amazing lyricists. As you can see their Creative Department delivers high quality camera work, set design, concepts, special effects, incredible sound and editing. And of course the choreography is The Best. How do they perform it perfectly? That's a whole story in itself. But bottom line they practice for hours and hours. Would you be surprised to find out that only 2 of them had dance experience before starting their training? It's true. And the story of their start is worth investigating. On Kinectic Manifesto and Black Swan were the 2 mvs I watched over and over when I fell down the BTS rabbit hole in 2020. 😂So those I would highly recommend! If you can though, I’d 100% watch any of their live performances! They are SUCH great performers! I’ve been lucky enough to see them live in concert and it was the best experience. Their Festa Room live is a good one to watch also because you get snippets of a few of their different songs/genres. But overall K-pop in general is fun to get into! As an ARMY I don’t really think you can go wrong, just enjoy! ☺️💜

We got a new song last June from the group, we have a new song from V the other day and a new J Hope album and documentary shortly plus the theatrical release of Suga’ s final D Day concert. You definitely want to watch some of their live performances, too. It's hard to believe, but they're even better live! I suggest "Baepsae, Dope, and Fire," which is all in one video. Also, "Magic Shop" live, which is near and dear to many ARMY'S hearts. Honestly, Magic Shop impacted my life so deeply. They are such a whole package: vocals, raps, lyrics, dances, performing, vibes. Not to mention that they are all amazing human beings too.

So "On" Kinetic Manifesto is next. It was filmed at Sepulveda Dam in California."On" is very special to me. But I saw it debuted on TV inside at Grand Central Station in New York City. Jimmy Fallon introduced them on a night I was watching. I had never heard of them before. I was overwhelmed with their uniqueness and talent. I looked them up on UA-cam and have watched their content Every Day since then. You have no idea how much there is to see about them!!! Notes. The young girl in the middle on the front row is the choreographer. Her dance troop The Lab is dancing with BTS. You will see. Her work is impressive. She choreographed a highly entertaining different version and concept of "Butter" for their Live Performance on The Grammys in Las Vegas. It's a Must See. BTS filmed this outside in very hot weather. It took over 2 days. They were wearing leather...very hot to dance in. There were many "takes". But here is what is amazing...they had to dance "FULL OUT" on every take. Whew. So exhausting. Suga wrote the dance break. He isn't just a rapper. He is a very talented musician and composer and producer. The TV version I saw was their debut of "On" to promote their new album "7". It was the start of their highly exciting new World Tour they had announced. The TV debut was on February 24, 2020. Do you remember why that date was memorable? It was the beginning of the spread of covid. The world shut down. They were called into a meeting and told their World Tour was cancelled. They were devastated. They had never worked so hard. They NEVER got to perform "On" for Army at a Live Performance. They swore that if they ever got to perform Live again, they would perform "On" first. "Bring the Pain ON" is the full line of the lyrics. The point being...they had survived all these years with all the Pain and Lies about them thrown their way...but it didn't matter. No matter what pain was directed at them including death threats...nothing would stop them. NOTHING. NO Pain has ever stopped them. There is a whole documentary on all the hardships they have survived through.

Yes, their talent is prodigious. And they are even better live, amazing as that sounds.
But there is so much more to them than their music and performance skill. The reason their fan base is so global and universal and massive is multi-fold beyond the music. They change lives. They save countless lives, no joke, with their mental health messaging. Some things include:
* Their crazy ultimate underdog origin story and the insane levels of hate and industry sabotage they survived.
* The way they broke the KPop mold as genuine and stunningly honest artists, sharing their true thoughts, feelings, struggles and stories in their music, true to their hip hop roots.
* Having those real hip hop roots also set them apart, even to the extent of the KPop industry rejecting them as misfits, even while the underground scene the rappers came from rejected them as sell outs. Everyone was against them.
* The way they controlled their messaging, writing and producing from the very beginning.
* The way they broke the KPop aura of glamour and secrecy, instead going straight to UA-cam and socials to connect directly with fans even before their debut, sharing their unfiltered selves, their process, their highs and lows, everything. No one else in the industry did this at that time. Partly they did this because their label was broke and could not afford to advertise, and had no influence to get them on the variety shows groups in S Korea usually use to get publicity. But once there, it was just in their natures to be pure, raw, honest and real.
* Their subject matter in their music addressing important, weighty and taboo topics in S Korea, like socio-political and socio-economic issues, societal ills, mental health, self love, current events, generational conflicts, speaking truth to power, speaking out for underdogs like themselves and more. It was a complete departure from the glam image and fluff and nonsense subject matter typical of KPop by that time in 2013, and a return to the roots of the movement with legendary Seo Taiji, called the "father of KPop" and "President of culture" known for his political and controversial subject matter and speaking truth to power, representing youth, sparking protest movements etc. Seo Taiji held a 25th anniversary concert in 2017 with BTS, doing 8 songs together with them, and giving them rights to do a remix cover of his biggest song, Come Back Home, and so publicly passing the torch to them as worthy successors to his legacy.
* This political and social speech extends to their other communications outside their music, and to action in the form of charitable giving on a large scale, as well as connection the UNICEF for a youth anti violence campaign that brought them to the UN to speak 3 times, and eventually to the White House to address the rise in Asian hate crimes. ARMY follows their example and is a global juggernaut of charitable giving for many causes of racial and gender and all types of equality, peace, environmental support, childrens causes, etc
* Their extreme high level of performance. They are called an over-performance group. They always sing live while dancing, unlike the industry standard, and their choreography is extremely high level, unique and has deep storytelling in it. Their rappers and vocalists are all unique and top level. Their stage presence is unparalleled.
* The depth of their storytelling, with a supernatural mystery storyline (The Bangtan Universe or BU) running through multiple albums with clues sprinkled through multi-media like song lyrics, MVs, webtoons, short films, books, a mobile game, album notes and more. Most of their songs have layered storytelling, with a universal theme for casual listeners, a deeper meaning exploring important topics and issues, and a still deeper layer telling their personal stories. Some have a further layer with BU storyline. They are also famous for their multi lingual wordplay and poetry, drawing inspiration from literature and poetry, visual and fine arts, film and tv, psychology, philosophy, history both ancient and modern, various culture’s religions and mythos, science, politics and more. Their lyrics are studied in colleges around the world and were used in the S Korean national museum of Hangeul (Korean language) as a beautiful example of Korean poetry.
* Their crazy range with the many genres and styles they do, all of them done exceptionally well.
There is more…but they really did and do break the mold and stand in a class of their own, and earned their position, clawing their way to the top through their literal blood, sweat and tears. Their company went from BTS as essentially their only artists, broke, verge of bankruptcy, to the biggest label in the country, completely on BTS backs. Hybe is the house BTS built, and BTS all own stock and voting rights in the company, In 2022, the MNET Asian Music Awards, a major award show like Asian Grammys, called BTS The Greatest of All Time, and invented a new class of award called the Platinum Award, just for them, because they had swept every major award for so many years in a row. In 2023 S Korea put BTS on their postage stamps, a first for a living artist. They have 5 Grammy nominations and close to a thousand awards overall. They have set and broken so many world records that they are already in the Guiness World Records Hall of Fame.
This is the song that hooks people in forever. In facr there is actually a phenomenon called , Mic Drop ARMY.
So I am an elder emo alt punk-turned-ARMY through and through, so I naturally recommend BTS's entire 11 year catalog, haha. They transcend so many genres (Fake Love speaks to my 2k emo heart, as does Suga/Agust D's entire existence). That said, you've got plenty of BTS suggestions so I don't need to add to that. If you're looking for something more actual indie, check out Parannoul, Se So Neon, Say Sue Me, and the Black Skirts. All so good! The Rose is another fantastic rock group, though they're a little more poppy-rock vs the other shoegazey type stuff. And if you want some sick beats, Epik High is incredible K-hip hop (they've been around forever, and were a huge inspiration for the BTS rap line to pursue music). Back to more mainstream K-pop, New Jeans is my favorite girl group obsession right now, and my "little" (36 year old...) brother is super into Twice. For guy groups, BTS are my ult kings but their little brothers Tomorrow X Together are awesome, as is the group Seventeen. Now as for J-pop! I'm not nearly as well versed there, but my weeb kids are, and their current favorite is YOASOBI. I personally really like Fuji Kaze. Welcome to your K/J-Pop (but mostly BTS, let's be real 😉😂) journey - I look forward to watching you fall down the BTS rabbit hole, but I also hope my other suggestions are helpful 💜
Really BTS has something for everyone, their lyrics are usually deep and go beyond simple couple love songs; some can be taken in different ways depending on what you need. They also cover different genres and have magnificent fusions. I don't like rap, hip hop, etc but I enjoy all genres with them.
Something interesting to say is that BTS debuted in 2013 as a hip hop idol group, so even if they do different genres hip hop is part of them.
Something that stands out (and that fortunately is gradually becoming more common because it was unimaginable before) is that since before the debut they were given creative freedom; the one who formed the group always gave them that freedom, even to organize themselves in internships (and they did not disappoint him because they have always given more than 100%) and was motivating them to participate with ideas, lyrics and music, agreeing with them that the meaning of their songs would be based on their ideas, problems, experiences, what they saw in their environment, etc, which was reflected from their debut song that was critical of the Korean educational system.
They know about music, they play instruments, they compose, they write, they produce, they are complete artists. Live they equal or surpass the studio versions, sometimes they have said that they do lipsync because of how well they are heard.
As you noticed in Dynamite and Permission to dance, the rappers participated singing, so there are also songs (mainly old ones) where the vocalists rap. Since you know a little more about their music and them, I recommend:
Ddaeng (feat vocal line), is a song of the rap line but in this version the vocal line does the verses of the rappers
Daechwita (Suga's solo song) and Chicken Noodle Soup (released solo by J-Hope with Becky G), both on the all BTS version of the Sowozoo Festa.
Yeah, when they first hit the scene people could not believe they were real and accused them of lip synching because they are so good. They got in the habit of leaving random words off lines to show their mics are always hot. They use a vocal backing track of course, as is standard for live performances in all music industries, but they always sing and rap live, while dancing.
I'm fairly new to the discovery of BTS, but most definitely Army now! My favourites, apart from those you have already watched, are: On Kinetic Manifesto, Save Me, Fire, Boy in Luv, Silver Spoon (Baepsae), Black Swan, Fake Love, Idol, Spring Day, Blood Sweat and Tears, Run. I also think the MMAs 2019, Tiny Desk Concert and Fiesta are well worth watching. There is so much to catch up on! I have also discovered that they are very funny and seem to be more like brothers now after they lived together for many years at the start. A good guide to the 7 members is definitely worth watching.
Sadly, I just got into them and they have gone into the military, but I am spending the 18 months watching 'Run BTS', In The Soop and many other videos of them travelling and being hilarious. I am also catching up on all their music as there is a lot I haven't seen yet.

They are based in Hip Hop and R & B with the 3 Rappers all coming from the underground hip Hop scene 2 were Rappers and the 1 a street Dancer. Their Fully English songs don't even make up 2% of their Discography. They also have albums in Japanese. All 7 speak of course Korean but also Japanese. RM (Rapper and the main song writer of the 7 the other's also write of course) is a polyglot so speaks more than 2 languages he speaks 3 as he also speaks English but the others clearly understand English and often try to use English in interviews where they feel able.
Their stage presence is something to behold it really is their live performance's are on another level one wonders if they are super humans sometimes. They are all top tier solo artists who choose to remain as a group. They treat all solo work as part of artist development learning new skills and new experiences to take back to the group as a whole. So the are all very supportive of each other's work.

Thank you for watching this. You watched their full English MV’s. You will love On: Kinetic Manifesto Film. They starting training as a trainee in 2010 until they debuted on 6/13/13. Their first 3 albums (called the school trilogy) and were geared more on the hip hop side. Their discography is huge, so you have so much content to watch until they are all out of the military in June of 2025, we have some member coming back this year. Even while in the military we have solo music and albums being released. I am sure a ton of Army have recommended The Guide to BTS: The Bangtan Seven and I absolutely agree. For a more detailed docuseries I’d recommend The Rise of Bangtan. This fan-made series follows the members of BTS as they struggle to grow from children to who they are today. They are one of the rare artists that make their own beats, lyrics, compose and produce (as well as for other artists). A great one is their 2021 Festa Room Live, which they do medley of some of their songs from debut till 2021, as well as Proof Live with 3 songs for Army (the first is Born Singer, which is adapted from J.Cole’s song “Born Sinner.” BTS rewrote the lyrics to reflect their experience debuting. The song was originally released in July 2013 and only sang live twice and this one is my favorite of the 2. It’s a bit of reflection, and bit of biting back at the haters). On Oct 15, 2022, they put on a FREE massive concert in Busan call Yet To Come. Any live music and concerts, you can usually find with English subs or just ask Army and we always help with links or information.
Their albums and music in general have concepts and themes and are way more complex than they may appear. A great example of this is Blood Sweat and Tears and I would recommend the Italian Army expansion of that song. Besides all of this, they all have solo songs and albums to dive into. If you decide to watch anything from one of the rappers Suga, he goes by Agust D for his solo work. I’d recommend Agust D MV and then the trilogy: Daechwita, Haegeum, and Amygdala. See, if you get an Army in a roll about recommendations they will write an entire book 😊. Thank you for taking the time to watch and listen to their music and talent. Just a note: You really don't need to go looking for other groups. BTS has over 300 songs of all types. The other groups are filling in while they are in the military, but BTS is the best. Even the idea of combining rap with vocal is a BTS idea (and they got a lot of s*** for it) which others are using now.
To understand the meaning of each song you could watch some guide to them. They are really unique, I can't think of BTS without even missing the other's voice.

Since you liked Mic Drop, a fairly early BTS song and heavily influenced by the rap line hyungs. I think you should give one of their debut songs from 2013, the Boy in Luv dance practice video, as it has English subtitles. This shows their talent, along with the hunger for success they had!!!! It's one of their best songs!!!!!
I NEVER get tired of watching people watch Mic Drop for the first time. Great reaction from you! You should check out the dance practice video for Mic Drop ~ it’s just epic. It’s sort of an extended version of this video. I’m sure others told you, but generally, with each official video from BTS, there is a corresponding dance practice video that is just as good. I like the original version with Korean lyrics more, they feel more meaningful and in-depth as well as sounding nicer IMO.

By the way, JIN will be discharged on June 12, 2024, that's less than 3 months away. And J-Hope will be discharged on October 17, 2024. And the rest of them, (RM, SUGA, JIMIN, V, and Jungkook) will be discharged by June 21, 2025. And they will be coming back together as a group. We are starting to get excited. And we are saving up for the World Tour that they want to do once they are out. And they were talking about taking a trip to see the Northern Lights, and film an In The Soop Episode for it. If you want a great video making experience, just visually amazing, I would suggest Blood, Sweat and Tears. BTS does great music, but it's also important to note how visually creative they are.

WOW. I'm kind of shocked, but not surprised. You decided to stick with BTS for a bit. And Yes. "Mic Drop" does give you an example of who they really are. Korean. Talented singers and dancers. Amazing lyricists. As you can see their Creative Department delivers high quality camera work, set design, concepts, special effects, incredible sound and editing. And of course the choreography is The Best. How do they perform it perfectly? That's a whole story in itself. But bottom line they practice for hours and hours. Would you be surprised to find out that only 2 of them had dance experience before starting their training? It's true. And the story of their start is worth investigating. I'll ask again since you decided to stick with them for awhile. Watch their documentary "The Guide to BTS Members - The Bangtan 7. It's worth investing your time to the long video. We want you to really get to know them. Not just watch them. Not only are they all richly talented, but they worked to get there. They have had many haters who said they couldnt sing, were lipsyncing, didn't write their own music, plagarized other artists, and stole other KPop's concepts. None of it's true! To explain a little bit about the background of Mic Drop, the direction of Mic Drop's lyrics began with the idea of J-Hope, the main dancer and dance leader of BTS.
And 'Mic Drop' at the end of this music video is a performance created by BTS leader RM inspired by Barack Obama's speech. :)

It's not an official MAMA video broadcast on TV, but a full-cam taken by Big Hit. I recommend this because the camera work on official MAMA is so messed up.
In this performance, Mic Drop was their 4th song, so the members were exhausted and held on with their mental strength only. And, there were even three dance breaks at this time.
I can feel all of them EVEN IF I DIE, I WILL DIE ON STAGE. The energy is crazy!

The amount of hate these guys had to endure for no reason at all except for who they are and that is dam sad. No one should another if you don't like their music just move on. On Kinectic Manifesto and Black Swan were the 2 mvs I watched over and over when I fell down the BTS rabbit hole in 2020. 😂So those I would highly recommend! If you can though, I’d 100% watch any of their live performances! They are SUCH great performers! I’ve been lucky enough to see them live in concert and it was the best experience. Their Festa Room live is a good one to watch also because you get snippets of a few of their different songs/genres. But overall K-pop in general is fun to get into! As an ARMY I don’t really think you can go wrong, just enjoy! ☺️💜

We got a new song last June from the group, we have a new song from V the other day and a new J Hope album and documentary shortly plus the theatrical release of Suga’ s final D Day concert.
