I tried it today for breakfast.. Cant believe its so soft and taste is good.. Never tried poha this way... I din boil the potatoes but just fried it first in low flame and kept it aside and then followed all the steps... Taste is too good.. Thank you Sir

Few suggestions: 1) Cut onions in vertically. Don't cut it in very small pieces. 2) Wash poha when you are ready with all the things including cutting onions and green chillies. So that poha won't get dry.

Ur preparation of Kanda Poha is done very well by u to perfection, especially with the ingredients n spices added, Aloo n Roasted Peanuts mixed with a dash of squeezed lime did it look good n well made. (Cheena Badam in Bengali) for Peanuts. Thank u for ur time.

One more tip is to cover the pan for 1-2 mins towards the end before you turn off the flames, this will keep the Poha soft.
