I believe that taste comes first more than any other element. Here is a twist on Italian Macaroni pasta with Indian-style masala flavors. It's also perfect for a meal or any time snack for young & kids.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR PASTA
2 cups Macaroni Pasta
1½ lt Water
be generous Salt
FOR MASALA SAUCE
1tbsp Oil
2tbsp Butter
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Garlic chopped
½ tsp Ginger chopped
1no Green chilli chopped
½ cup Onion chopped
¼ cup Capsicum chopped
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1½ tsp Coriander powder
½ cup Tomato chopped
to taste Salt
3tbsp Tomato ketchup
a pinch Kasoori methi powder
handful Coriander chopped
handful of Mozarella cheese cubes

Once upon a time I remember my grandma makes macaroni khir. Lots of milk cream and dry fruits fried in ghee with some cardomum during those heavy rains .A bowl of this in the evening at teatime.makes a full meal .As children we would not be hungry for a long time. This is awesome. Lovely dry masala pasta
