    Everton are going down end of Dyche is just another version of Allydyce,Allydyce kept them up but Everton had a better team then.
    Everton will lose there next 2 games against Arsenal and Liverpool and that will put them rock bottom, Dyche has been appointed to firstly keep them up,but mainly to get them out of the championship and back into the premier league.
    Everton will go down this season, I will put my house on it.

    I doubt Everton is likely to play a stylish brand of football under Dyche, but this is the right appointment for them in their current plight. He's a no frills... no nonsense boss, but you don't keep a club like Burnley in the top flight for so many season's like he did if you haven't got the right capabilities to get the best out of the squad you have available.

    There is so much revealed by this decision. The sacking of Lampard was not a surprise so Everton should've had a replacement manager waiting in the wings. To dally between Bielsa and Dyche shows the indecision that has plagued Everton. They have made dreadful transfers in the last five years and this is just the same hesitation ...by the way, I think the home robbery was the reason Ancelotti decided to move his family away from Liverpool and was eager to take the job in Spain.

    Maybe ? But its all about scoring goals.....We could have Fergie as manager but if you do not score more goals and concede less
    you will be joint bottom as we are now.........But I wish Sean all the best .

    I respect Everton football Club, its tradition and its fans deserve success, but if Everton are bringing Sean Dyche in for anything other than staving off relegation then they're in for a rude awakening. He will keep them up but his ceiling will be mid table. If Everton fans are OK with that, that's OK, but I can't help thinking it will be Sam Allardyce all over again and they will be wanting him sacked in 2 years time when he can't deliver them into the top half of the league. There was far more upside with Bielsa, in my honest opinion.

    • @colingeddes2172
      @colingeddes2172 Рік тому

      My thoughts exactly. Dyche is a solid manager and hes capable of keeping them up or getting them back up if they go down, but it will only be a matter of time b4 the everton fans start moaning about the style just like they did with allardyce.

      I disagree hugely. Getting burnley into Europe and getting successive decent results in the Premier league is a miracle. Burnley never spent much and would never have the structure to even facilitate Dyche to reach high mid table consistently. They were always playing a sustainable and cheap brand of football because that is what the club had to work with. Sean throughout his time at Burnley massively over performed the power of the club and so with a club that is larger and has a much higher ceiling he can become much more than a Sam Allerdyce survival appointment. I truly think he is an excellent long term option.

    Everton fans need to be realistic, first priority is staying in the Prem, that isn't guaranteed with Dyche, but he's the best of managers around who can keep teams up. The second priority is if they are relegated, having a manager who is confident in gaining promotion from the Championship. Dyche ticks that box based on previous experience.

  • @robharding5345
    @robharding5345 Рік тому

    For the football purists, Dyche's managerial style is not their idea of the way the beautiful game should be played, But his method gets results, He worked wonders at Burnley, and I for one would put him in charge of the England team, and rid us of that yes man Southgate.But not until his contract is up at Everton, Everton Fans are lucky They have this guy if only to keep their long standing reign in the top flight alive.

    More crap coming to the club. Made up we're getting rid of Gordon. Instead of buying stupid stadium miles from Everton itself we should have concentrated all our efforts on building the team and manager. A spell in the championship is what we need so we can get rid of the board once and for all. A big clear out of the crap much needed for years.

  • @georgearthern2163

    I think Everton have a better chance of staying up with Dyche then they would if they appointed Bielsa. Dyche was the only man who could manage Joey Barton, he’s a really good man manager. Listen to his recent podcast with Ben Foster. You really get an insight in what he’s all about and I think players like Pickford, Tarkorski (obviously), Coady, iwobi, will get on board and push the team on.

  • @tonymcdonald214

    Got to laugh at the deluded evertonians. Dyce got booted out of Burnley at the end he makes allardyces teams look good. No decent premier team would appoint him average at best. So he,s in the right place. Championship next season hahaha where they belong.

    There were issues with the last manager because there are immense behind the scenes issues.
    Gordon had to be sold for FFP and there was never any intention of replacing him.
    The FFP problems will be there for at least 2 more years and Moshiri is looking to sell.
    He doesn't want "new investment" he wants new owners.
    It's sad that it's taken him this amount of time to realise you cannot just throw money around in a scattergun fashion.
    The situation with Ukraine obviously has affected us more than any other club in world football.
    But until new owners come in we will continue to bump along the bottom positions of the premier league and if we get relegated we will be in an even worse state.
