I'm not an Everton fan but I have to say Dyche is the right guy for this job. Fans deserve to see that Everton that fights, scraps and battles, especially at Goodison.

I think in terms of his football IQ, he’s a better manager than people give him credit for; the job he did at Burnley was outstanding given the limited budget he had to work with. Also I think his personality is quite likeable, the players will probably warm to him quite quickly and they’ll want to work hard for him. We got Eddie Howe who was also on the back of a relegation at his last club yet he’s excelled; hopefully Dyche can do the same, all the best to him.
I'm a saints fan and I wanted him with us. He will turn the performances around

The freakmason mafia gang came in to Burnley and destroyed that club. Five years ago it was a pure English club. Maybe Dyche, even as a freakmasonjihadist and traitor himself, will do the required inventory and make Everton pure English again.

Man Utd fan here. Everton need to be in the Top Tier and i love Sean Dyche as a bloke. I think he's the exact manager they need at this moment in time and it will be great to see him back on the box and in the dug out.

I'm a Leeds fan and obviously at the moment we're both concerned about our current league positions. However, I love the city of Liverpool and the people and will never forget singing 'Marching on together' after too many drinks on my 30th birthday on a dancefloor in Liverpool. A rather large Evertonian walked up to me, as I prepared to be attacked. He shook my hand, wished me happy birthday, bought me a drink and said that he hoped Leeds stay up. In that man's honour may I wish the same to Everton fans everywhere. Hope you stay up, just not at Leeds United's expense please 🙂Best of luck guys.

As a neutral I think that EFC have got a superb manager in Sean Dyche. He has battled through limited budgets and has the experience and know how for bringing the better out of players through unity. Given the money that EFC have spent over the last few years, with overrated players and egos if you give the guy the time and support I’m sure that he will do Evertonians proud. Himself and Eddie Howe (Funnily enough) have got to be the best 2 English Managers out there (Imao). Good luck SD and your back room staff and I wish you all well.
I'm a Burnley fan. If Everton give him time, he'll get ya club back up and running proper. His football may not be the most entertaining but it gets the job done, look what he did for us for so many years. The fans need to get behind him and so does everyone in the club. @MintedWallaby in my opinion, negativity breads negativity. Let me ask you this. Sack the board and get exactly who in? What do you think the board actually does? I'll tell you what they do, they voice their opinion to the owner, who then makes all the decisions. So no matter what the board of directors say Fahad will do whatever he feels like doing.

Sean Dyche is much better signing than most Everton fans realize at this point. He's not a big name like Ancelotti but he is effective. He makes the players work hard but also smart.

Never ever thought Ancelotti was a good manager before he came here... thought he was okay...yes you can argue he has won this and that...yes he won this and that with vast funding from the club he was with...he would of been sacked or left on his won accord by xmas.... with everton...... and found out to what he was....nothing. What I like about Dyche is he doesn't condescend the fanbase. There's a general attitude of "stop moan and just support us", whereas Dyche says it starts with the team and the manager to create something that can be supported. He's right and he's the only one who says it aloud.

I'm not an Everton fan but I am a Sean Dyche fan. Seems like the no nonsense gaffer you'd want as a player. Certainly one I'd want. Sean strikes you as the guy who'd be a leader in a foxhole, on farm land, in a factory or on the football pitch sideline. Love this man.

Good interview that. I get the feeling there was nothing 'crowd pleasing' about anything he said, he didn't tell us what he thinks we want to hear, it was honest and thoughtful.

Good luck Sean and Everton. I'm a Burnley fan but I used to live less than 2 miles from Goodison, so have a bit of a soft spot for you. He's an excellent manager. Try to give him a chance and make your own mind about about him because he's not entirely what he's made out to be by the media and fans of other clubs. Yes he's a pragmatist and he can be negative sometimes tactically but he's absolutely not a dinosaur in the way he approaches the game, especially in terms of the behind the scenes stuff and his approach to man-management and leadership. Things went a bit stale at Burnley in the end but make no mistake, he did an amazing job here and the whole town here will always be grateful to him, and not many football managers can look back on their career and say that.

Good luck Sean with Everton. One of the best managers I've seen here at Burnley. I remember when you first came and they were some early boos.
You embraced that negativity and we saw a hard working team that was gritty and showed so much passion on the field.
You continued to develop the training facilities and embraced the community and built on this. It was such a great ten years. Will forever be thankful for the work here.
People always say your style isn't desirable but one thing for sure is you never make it easy for teams to play against you. I don't believe it's always defensive though, I think you were held back at times here due to finances which you was given and such a small team.

If anyone is doubtful watch his Masterclass video on the UA-cam channel The Coaches Voice. He is a very good manager who has alot more tactical depth than people give him credit for.
He will keep the longest running fixture in English football going.

I’m a Geordie Newcastle United fan through and through, watching this Sean dyche sounds like a good fit for Everton he’s no a flashy name or former prem legend he’s earnt his rep as a manager for tough hard working football, I get a feeling he will be similar to moyes at Everton. Howe is the perfect fit for our Newcastle. When I heard your owner was leaning towards bielsa I thought you were 100% relegated he’s another manager that is stubborn and would have tried to play really expansive football which is the opposite of what Everton needs to survive

West Ham supporter here. Dyche becoming Toffee boss gives me the fear! I think he keeps you up and I honestly believe he's not the same pragmatic type of manager as Moyes (😡), Allardyce, and Pulis, and will attempt to adapt the style of play with better recruitment.

Obviously not an Everton fan i’m just an outsider, but i feel this is a really good appointment. I understand the fans liked Lampard and wanted him, but this guy is levels above him in terms of his ability with limited funds, tactically wiser and for me in terms of management an overall better voice. Everton if they stay up should not sack him, they should keep him and I guarantee you that you’ll finish top half next season, i’m sure about it. Hope you lot stay up.
A lot of people think Sean will play football like he did at Burnley... However he has stated that is what the players were best at so i think we might see a change in Dyche it may just have to take this season off nd honestly give him 18 months.
Everton use to be hard to beat and Dyche will definitely bring that back.

All judgment of him seems to be based on what he did at ONE club under extremely tight budgets, where he outperformed based on what he should have. Burnley sacked him and they still went down, lets not forget.
