Dude, nice try.. there is too much exposed brick on the inside..looks like a Nazi era WW2 crematorium. I get what they tried to do there but the so called rustic vibe is extremely over done IMO. A makes that living space feel more like a 1930’s warehouse basement cellar vibe. Where they just left the walls unfinished to save money and slapped a”Rustic French name” to it to inflate the price. You mentioned the location to the downtown several times as if to suggest the actual living space is lacking but look at your view and access to the downtown area. Seems like a Trump scam….🧐 Nah!!
