I've only watched the Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig James Bond movies, but out of those movies, the DBS V12 from Casino Royale still sticks in my mind. That is one sexy beast of a car.
@@rpl2108 he has watched those e worth watching like casino royale, skyfall, quantum of solace, no time to die, Goldeneye etc while u watched some cheesy shit right? Though il agree Brosnan was cheesy too & Dalton's movies r better than his
MantaRay Kid well no they are Grand Tourers... not supercars or sport cars, they perform similarly to the Mercedes AMG GTR which is also a grand tourer in a similar price range
Gotta love that BMW 750. Despite having the incorrect engine sounds, it's got everything. No one would look twice at it (in 1997 that is - nowadays you'd bring all the BMW guys to the yard), it's powerful, it's sure-footed, and the AI is comedy gold throughout. It helps that the chase through the car park in Hamburg is an action highlight of the whole series, and the E38 7-Series is just as awesome a car in real life as it was on screen.
Don't care how bad Die Another Day was...that car battle sequence was really cool. That V12 Vanquish was one of my favorite cars after watching that movie but my favorite Bond car will always be the Lotus Esprit from The Spy Who Loved Me (my 2nd favorite Bond movie after Goldeneye). Also, I feel like you guys just added the Sunbeam simply because it was from Dr. No. There was nothing special about that car nor did it do any cool stunts. The 2000GT from You Only Live Twice was way better. Production even had to saw the roof off of the car so Sean Connery could fit!
They didn't just 'saw off' the roof of the 2000GT. Toyota actually made two of the cars as convertibles in-factory for the movie. They were the only ones ever made as convertibles.
+HMSConqueror I think once they brought that Hillbilly Sheriff Buford T. Justice wannabe cop on board it pretty much summed up the fate of those movies.
Agreed, the Aston Martin DB5 is the most iconic and sexiest Bond car. Also, in my opinion is one of the best Aston Martin cars, that design and sound is perfect :D
In my opinion, the DB10 is ugly. I was so disappointed with the car chase, let alone the whole movie. It was slow, the music was bad, and the sound mixing was off, which also translated to the whole movie for me.
Mine are the BMW Z8 from ''The World Is Not Enough.'' and my NUMBER 1 is the BMW Z3 from ''GoldenEye''. I am just IN LOVE with this car. And that blue color, OMG ... It looks DIVINE!! CELESTIAL!!!
I dont know the true names but I'll just say the movie names that the cars are in: 10. You Only Live Twice 9. GoldenEye 8. Dr. No 7. Spectre 6. The Living Daylights 5. Diamonds Are Forever 4. Tomorrow Never Dies 3. Lotus Esprit 2. Aston Martin V12 Vanquish 1. You know. Aston Martin DB5
Watching this after getting my driver's licence. All my life, when I thought about things like driving, James Bond (along with Ethan Hunt and Jason Bourne and many other action or thriller movies) came to mind.
In GTA V, you highjack a DB5 on set knocking out an actor wearing a white tuxedo... Yhup, Franklin kills James Bond, and takes out a Bond girl with the ejector seat.
I'm glad I didn't see the films that used the AMC cars or the Mustang! The Mustang in the Bond film was NOT the same model used in Bullet. The Mustang in the Bond film was a Mach 1, the one in Bullet was a Fastback. . . . . BOTH with ridiculous "conventional" differentials. I wish they would showcase British or European cars solely in Bond films. . . . . . . . .Bond, after all, is BRITISH Secret Service. What's my favorite Bond car? Anything Aston Martin. Beautiful British styling.
Yes, but you can't always have a British automobile handy if you're in the United States, which Bond was in both of those films. As to the Mustang, you are correct, but there was four years difference between the Fastback in Bullit and the Mach 1 in Diamonds are Forever. But, it was all that was available in the Ford lineup at the time.
Anything?? Hae you seen their horrible new concept?? Or that ghastly DB10. BUt everything before that is indeed the epitomy of elegance and gorgeousness.
+Firemarioflower Yes, anything Aston Martin. . . . .so far. Yes I have seen the DB10 & 11. I do not see them as ghastly, but rather as engineering advancements. I also know that I am alone in my viewpoint. I still prefer carburetors, everyone else likes fuel injection. Cheers.
never thought I'd see the day an AMC car would make anyone's top car list. But that was an awesome jump (in Man with the Golden Gun). set a world's record in fact.
Good list but the Sunbeam at 10? That really shouldn't have even been on this list, just because it was the first doesn't mean it's great by a long shot. Maybe the Citroen 2CV or the Toyota 2000GT should have been added to the main list instead.
+DavidELD That's actually one of my favorite chases in the canon, and just the right car for FYEO, which was much more stripped-down and gadget-free (especially after Moonraker).
+Sean Bieri The 2CV actually had a better upgrade of engine as the main stunt driver for Eon Production could not get it's original pathetic engine to do what the car did in the movie.
I'm not at all surprised with this list. After all the Aston Martin DB5 was like the birth of the Bond cars with all its special gadgets (especially the ejector seat). But my all time favorite Bond car by far is still the Lotus Esprit S1 (Wet Nellie) since it can fire and submerge at the same time!

All joking aside the day when they were filming that scene in q's workshop when they mention a large stereo that "they're making for the Americans called a ghetto blaster" it turns out that Prince Charles and Princess Diana were actually visiting the set.
there's two Vehicles in Bond's history that are my personal favourites: The DB5 (It's design and gadgets that matches Bond's personality and class) and the Lotus (Reminds me of the DMC-12 and can become an underwater vehicle)
Top 11 For Me: 11)Renault Taxi 10)BMW Z3 9) Aston Martin DBS (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service) 8)BMW 7 Series 7)BMW Z8 6) Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante 5)Aston Martin DB5 4)Jaguar XJ L (Skyfall) 3)Aston Martin V12 Vanquish 2)Aston Martin DB10 1) Aston Martin DBS V12 (Casino Royale & Quantum Of Solace) (My Dream Car And One Of The Best Aston’s Ever Made Fantastic And Gorgeous)
Fantastic! What ever car Bond drives will always be very coveted, whether its British, American, Japanese, or German, Bond will be sure to have a cool ride.
That Aston Vantage used in On Her Majesty's Secret Service is actually closer to the Aston used by Roger Moore in the Persuaders with Tony Curtis... The Vantage Volante in The Living Daylights is a late model development of the Lazenby Aston...
What about the Ford Mondeo in Casino Royale? It's the perfect mix of practicality and affordability, while having a subtle look and low key body. Plus my aunt drives one
How did Jack wade describe James Bond "Stiff ass brit" I think it was. I know he said that to Pierce Brosnan's Bond but Daniel Craig's Bond fix that profile like a glove.
…I’m here because of the longest serving James Bond…On Her Majesty’s Secret Service…Roger Moore has just passed away aged 89…I’m flabbergasted at the exclusion in this Top 10 of the stunning BMW Z8 driven by Pierce Brosnan in The World Is Not Enough (not the BMW Z3 in GoldenEye)! …I always enjoyed learning a new tongue…
Not on the z3, in The World Is Not Enough, the z3's rocket launchers were side deployed through the fake air intake grills on the fender above the wheel wells where they pivoted up to aim.
As a kid my first Bond movie l saw at the drive in, the submarine Lotus just stuck ever since and is in a class of its own. My dad even bought me the toy car afterwards. The car only survived one season keeping up with the high wear and tear expected from a Bond car.
-- *Fun Fact:* -- The *Aston Martin V12 Vanquish* in the making of *"Die Another Day"* had its massive 5.9L V12 swapped out in favor of a smaller, but tuned-up *4.6L V8* from a *Ford Mustang GT* to make room for the gadgets in the engine compartment alone.
That list should look like this (it's my opinion): 1. Aston Martin DB5 2. Aston Martin V8 Vantage 3. Aston Martin DBS V12 4. Aston Martin V12 Vanquish 5. Aston Martin DB10 6. Lotus Esprit S1 7. Toyota 2000GT convertible 8. Alfa Romeo GTV 9. BMW 7 series 10. Ford Mustang
5. Aston Martin
4. Aston Martin
3. Aston Martin
2. Aston Martin
1. Aston Martin
Number 2 is a lotus DUMBASS
+matty Op number 5 a ford! XD
Lotus esprit is NOT Aston Martin. It is normal that the Aston Martin db5 is first it THE car that come to your mind when you think of James Bond.
+Nikko Mabatid The Lotus was pretty cool, though. Perhaps not #2, but surely in the top 5.
1. DB5
2. DB5
3. DB5
4. DB5
5. DB5
I've only watched the Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig James Bond movies, but out of those movies, the DBS V12 from Casino Royale still sticks in my mind. That is one sexy beast of a car.
Yip, while the DB9 had caught my attention, it was the DBS that made me fall in love with Aston Martin.
That is just one seriously bad-ass car.
Yeah Aston Martins are great for Homosexual men x
So, you haven't seen the Bond movies that are actually worth watching?
@@rpl2108 he has watched those e worth watching like casino royale, skyfall, quantum of solace, no time to die, Goldeneye etc while u watched some cheesy shit right? Though il agree Brosnan was cheesy too & Dalton's movies r better than his
I think it is safe to say that Aston Martin makes incredibly good looking cars!
overTIMe British craftsmanship at it's finest!
overTIMe yeah but their performance is under par compared to their price competition
MantaRay Kid well no they are Grand Tourers... not supercars or sport cars, they perform similarly to the Mercedes AMG GTR which is also a grand tourer in a similar price range
overTIMe Dude c'mon this is aston martin your talking about of course they make good looking cars.
And sexy also

6:53 The only Mustang on 2 wheels that DIDN'T hit a crowd.
The BMW 750LI is truly a work of art!
Its a shame he didn't get more use out of the DBS V12 in Casino Royale.
Agree it's personally my favourite
+SaintsAwayOllie I liked the DB6 Vanquish from Die Another Day myself. also, why no mention of the Ford Focus he go at the start of Casino Royale?
I would put that at #2. But you can't get away from how damn good the db5 looks
+Timber Wolf i mean the dbs comes back in Quantum of Solace for that beginning chase scene
+goodcar96 fair point, but it really needed a lot more screen time.
The mustang in Bullitt was a GT fastback with a 390 in it. The Mach 1 wasn't even in production in 1968 when Bullitt was made.
yeah that was made specially for the movie, and they made lot of Bullit Limited Edition untill then and to date too in the last NAIAS
6:35 thats a Ford Mustang Fastback , not a Mach 1
+srba filipovic ha... watchmojo doesn't see the difference :'(
NASCARracingvideos lol im not even that good with cars and i noticed. I just remember the fastback from a game called midtown madness
Yeah I was like erm watch mojo you must see the difference between a fastback and a March 1 and it wasn't even the original March 1
CaptainKster mach*
+srba filipovic i was hoping i wasnt the only one to notice that massive flaw
I am so happy that the DB5 was no. 1. God help Mojo if it wasn't.
Yeah lol but I don't think there was any doubt in my mind what no. 1 was gonna be
Don't care how bad Die Another Day was...that car battle sequence was really cool. he didn't drived the 200GT, the japanese female spy did
My favorite part of Skyfall is when Bond and M are in the DB5 and she says; "Go ahead. Hit the button. See if I care". lol
+kratoscallofduty "Oh, go on and eject me. See if i care".
Moon Light Close enough. lol
+kratoscallofduty The new Vanquish should have been the Bond car in Skyfall
kratoscallofduty At least is the same intention xD
+Sayak Majumder They had no choice, 50 years of Bond, the hugh success with Goldfinger, the DB5 was the only choice according to me.
Why did they think the slide whistle was a good idea?
+Babalooza that slide whistle fucks up the entire scene...makes look like a cartoon movie, or a Spoof.
+HMSConqueror I think once they brought that Hillbilly Sheriff Buford T. Justice wannabe cop on board it pretty much summed up the fate of those movies.
good question :)
Great scene, but the whistle tainted it.
+Babalooza Yeah one of the worst choices ever made for a Bond fillm.
Agreed, the Aston Martin DB5 is the most iconic and sexiest Bond car. Also, in my opinion is one of the best Aston Martin cars, that design and sound is perfect :D
DB10 from spectre anyone? :P
Yea that one was amazing
It's worth 500k
yes

I really love the bmw Z3, the blue bmw with the tan interior. Beautiful car, I actually own one
The AM V8 Vantage Volante is my fav; the first time I saw the Living Daylights I was like “damnnn this sexy beast.”
I love when Mojo finds a great line for the sign-off at the end of the video. This one made me smile!
Could've included an honorable mention for the BMW Z8, or the Lotus Espirit Turbo.
You gotta love that 1976 Lotus Epsrit S1. I even built one out of lego.
Elon Musk loved it too. He bought and owned Nellie.
I dont know the true names but I'll just say the movie names that the cars are in:
10. You Only Live Twice
9. GoldenEye
8. Dr. No
7. Spectre
6. The Living Daylights
5. Diamonds Are Forever
4. Tomorrow Never Dies
3. Lotus Esprit
2. Aston Martin V12 Vanquish
1. You know. Aston Martin DB5
The Vanquish from Die Another Day wins all day long for me... 🇬🇧
“Without the gadgets that made the past movies so silly”? Why even make this video?
ikr!!!
its the gadgets that make the cars not look silly.
1. Aston Martin DB5
2. Aston Martin DDBS
3. Aston Martin DB10
4. Lotus Esprit
5. Jaguar CX75
By "silly" gadgets, you mean "what made Bond a wish fulfilling fantasy action hero..."
Haha yeah I remember that. It was funny.
+Nana Prempeh Ashong best mission ever
its a shame you cant use that cars after the mission
+Nana Prempeh Ashong It was either that mission or pac- man. The best missions only because the DB5 shows up.
Ege Erdem, Yes you can if you buy it from the website in the game. It doesn't come with the guns though...
Deer Lord yeah i know:(
My favorite was the Lotus Esprit S1.

Not just styling. Also the greatest engines with the most fabulous noises. And superb handling off course.
Cheers.

I am biased towards the V12 Vanquish. I love it. It's so stunning.
The 2CV?... The 2CV?...REALLY?!!?
Have you SEEN how much they go for now?
+Atheist Orphan cost of a car has zero nearly to do with quality, desire or function

+DavidELD I think it was a fun twist to have him try and escape in something that cheap and slow for once.
Lotus Esprit all the way! Such a shame it blew up when getting broken into...
the 2000 GT will always be my number 1
Number 2 for me
Can't believe they forgot it...
+julien grandmougin Maybe it only got an honourable mention because (unless I'm remembering incorrectly) Bond never drove it?
Afreon
there's a car on the list that he didn't drive either....
+jody024 Me too
Out of all the cars made by Q, the Lotus Esprit S1 is the one that survived with minimal damage after being used by James Bond.
BMW Z8 deserved a place on the list, it's the most beautiful car BMW ever made. Also, nothing beats the T-72 in Goldeneye.
That’s actually a T-55 modified to look like a T-72 if I’m not wrong
I'm not at all surprised with this list. After all the Aston Martin DB5 was like the birth of the Bond cars with all its special gadgets (especially the ejector seat). But my all time favorite Bond car by far is still the Lotus Esprit S1 (Wet Nellie) since it can fire and submerge at the same time!
First!
Haha 😂
Of course u r:)
Awesome!!!!!
so predictable
the Mach 1 was not in Bullitt it was a 390 gt
The gadgets where one of the things i always loved about a James Bound film.
My personal favourite Bond car is the Aston Martin Vanquish
same it's invisible, so nobody ever sees it coming
The underwater lotus will always be my favourite James Bond car
I think On His Majesty's Secret Service is underrated.
The DB5 is just gorgeous!
Of course the Aston Martin v12 vanquish would be on it
Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante is one of my favorite James Bond Cars of all time.
The DB10 is going to be amazing in spectre :D
"Aston Martin calls it the Vanquish, we call it the Vanish" - Q
The Bullitt Mustang is not the same as the Mach 1....Seriously Mojo that's not even an easy mistake to make
Ford Mustang Mach 1 (1971) is my favorite . A car with real personality. A pure muscle car. The most iconic James Bond car is definetly the Aston Martin DB5.
my favorite James bond car is the Aston Martin DB5
Ben0204 Sawyer 👍🏻
Ben0204 Sawyer not just in the Bond series but my favroite movie car period is the 1964 Aston Martin DB 5. Aston Martins were known some before the movie Goldfinger , But it was that movie that really put Aston Martin on the map!. A promotional thing.
I definetly agreed at #1, Aston Martin DB5 is a good looking car, and its one of my favorite.
number 1: db5. number 2: db10.
btw, when talking about the ams. "it goes around corners likes a champ." in real life it goes around corners like a boat, but oke.
However this turns out - the Lotus Esprit is my favourite
The Aston Martin db5 hands down
Agree with this list DB5 is a beautiful classic car also very Iconic for James Bond films, but my favorite is the Vanquish and BMW Z8.
"Moran: You seen the new Bond? They have an invisible car!
Merton: Really?
Deyton: (Trying to move the show on) And where was Prince Charles at the time?
Merton: Having sex with a goat? Oh don't worry it was an invisible goat"
Have I Got News For You Reacts to Die Another Day.
All joking aside the day when they were filming that scene in q's workshop when they mention a large stereo that "they're making for the Americans called a ghetto blaster" it turns out that Prince Charles and Princess Diana were actually visiting the set.
there's two Vehicles in Bond's history that are my personal favourites:
The DB5 (It's design and gadgets that matches Bond's personality and class) and the Lotus (Reminds me of the DMC-12 and can become an underwater vehicle)
My favorite car is number 4
Number 9 and 4 are the cars that hooked me on Bond and Aston Martin.
Top 11 For Me:
11)Renault Taxi
10)BMW Z3
9) Aston Martin DBS (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service)
8)BMW 7 Series
7)BMW Z8
6) Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante
5)Aston Martin DB5
4)Jaguar XJ L (Skyfall)
3)Aston Martin V12 Vanquish
2)Aston Martin DB10
1) Aston Martin DBS V12 (Casino Royale & Quantum Of Solace) (My Dream Car And One Of The Best Aston’s Ever Made Fantastic And Gorgeous)
Clicked on this expecting the Aston Martin DB5 to be number one
Fantastic! What ever car Bond drives will always be very coveted, whether its British, American, Japanese, or German, Bond will be sure to have a cool ride.
you covered all my favorite bond cars Except the BMW Z3 from Goldeneye ;)
That Z3 is underrated
I thought the BMW Z8 was going to be on this list. That was one of my favorite James Bond cars growing up.
One of the best, just didn’t seem to
have enough screen time in the movie
That Aston Vantage used in On Her Majesty's Secret Service is actually closer to the Aston used by Roger Moore in the Persuaders with Tony Curtis... The Vantage Volante in The Living Daylights is a late model development of the Lazenby Aston...
thinking on getting the BMW 750 for my first car now thank you watch mojo
Wouldn't even bother asking their opinion they have no idea what there talking about
+The Ultimate Troller Ike that cars a piece of shit it's ugly as hell
+Ricardo Diaz running costs would be through the roof tho
+Ricardo Diaz I hope you have stacks of cash because that car has issues and the V12 in it is very unreliable.
***** that car really v12 thought it was v8
You should do Top 10 Villain cars from James Bond.
You have to admit, the Brits make pretty nice cars
Aston Martin Vanquish V12 from Die Another Day must be in the top 5 !!!
8 min car chase, amazing look, amazing gadgets
What about the Ford Mondeo in Casino Royale? It's the perfect mix of practicality and affordability, while having a subtle look and low key body. Plus my aunt drives one
my dad had a Volvo S40 like in Quantum Of Solace, so yeah my dad drove car owned a bond car, just like your auntie :P
Barry Shanahan Has a similar grill to the DNS haha.
DBS
Yeah you got my vote for the Mondeo. Only Bond car l can actually afford.
Numbers 1 and 2 were exactly where I expected them to show up. :)
Scaramenga's car makes it but not Anotop's Ferrari?
**Onatopp*
· Real name: *Xenia Onatopp* (played by *Famke Janssen).*
My favorite bond car is the DB10 obviously
aston martin cars are awesome
Nothing's cooler than the submarine car! The Aston Martins are gorgeous though
But this "DB5 will return in No Time To Die".
I also think it has a new weapon
I knew the DB5 was gonna be number 1. I knew it!
7:20 silly??? gadget were awesome. serious Bond??? Craig is stiff
thx glad i'm not the only one that thinks this.
How did Jack wade describe James Bond "Stiff ass brit" I think it was. I know he said that to Pierce Brosnan's Bond but Daniel Craig's Bond fix that profile like a glove.
Daniel Craig can be stiff around me all he wants ♥️😍x
…I’m here because of the longest serving James Bond…On Her Majesty’s Secret Service…Roger Moore has just passed away aged 89…I’m flabbergasted at the exclusion in this Top 10 of the stunning BMW Z8 driven by Pierce Brosnan in The World Is Not Enough (not the BMW Z3 in GoldenEye)! …I always enjoyed learning a new tongue…
What about the z3? :D
A1EX Z3 THAT WAS USED COMPLETELY SHITE IN GOLDENEYE!!
em... absolutely not. It was a rubish basic version, it has radar, (i think) self-destruct system and done nothing at all on the screen.
I mean... It had rocket launchers in the head lights.
Who cares about the car, when geico gives you 10% off on car insurance.
The DB10 is a beautiful car! Why did it not even get an honorable mention?!
Dikke BMW Jongens!
white person nederland Voor de win
Why did the db10 not make the list? That thing’s a work of art
Hot birds and hot cars. What is not to like? Wokes need not reply.
My favorite car from James Bond 007
Is submarine car
what a waste, kids in africa couldve eaten those cars
That dbs v12 will always be my favorite bond car. Shame it wasn't used enough
-- *Fun Fact:* --
The *Aston Martin V12 Vanquish* in the making of *"Die Another Day"* had its massive 5.9L V12 swapped out in favor of a smaller, but tuned-up *4.6L V8* from a *Ford Mustang GT* to make room for the gadgets in the engine compartment alone.
Love Astons but I am from Norwich Norfolk. Lotus cars forever. God bless you Hethel.
The V8 Vantage Volante is my all time favorite Bond car
That list should look like this (it's my opinion):
1. Aston Martin DB5
2. Aston Martin V8 Vantage
3. Aston Martin DBS V12
4. Aston Martin V12 Vanquish
5. Aston Martin DB10
6. Lotus Esprit S1
7. Toyota 2000GT convertible
8. Alfa Romeo GTV
9. BMW 7 series
10. Ford Mustang
The legendary DB5 😍
DBS V12 is my favourite, but DB5 is deffinately next
