The original Vanquish S was a magnificent car, even if a lot of its interior fixtures came from the Ford parts bin and it butted heads with its own sister. If you can wait another fifty years, you'll get a successor. BMW sees the Z8 as a follow up on the 507, which had similar problems. Didn't sell too well because of the price, but very well liked by everyone who couldn't afford one. Guessing by what they're doing at the moment, I'd say we are due for an M1 replacement first and the Z8 will get some sort of replacement in the 2050-2060 range.
