Nice :) Blessed the qigong workout. Always Slow Down your Movements Something magical happens when we purposefully slow down our movements. Our breathing slows down too. Which relaxes us more. Which makes it easier to breathe. Which makes you sink into a nice meditative state of mind. PRACTICE DAILY WILL GIVE A BALANCE, HARMONY AND ENERGY. Namaste
"feel warmth in the lower belly" I felt it move up into my back, lower neck, and even the sides of my head and ears. I didn't feel like I was burning up, it was super warm but not in a bad way. Hard to explain and really weird, but I enjoyed it. Thank You for this.

im 24 but i find this qigong exercise so soothing to my body! i avoid exercising after eating usually but this one doesn't disrupt digestion so i do this post meal. Most exercises i do at the gym are exhausting but qigong is more like restoring, i feel i can never go wrong w qigong, and there's not many vids like this anywhere so i thank you so much for posting this video🐱🐱

Qi Gong is so damn awesome. I have broke many parts of ma body, some really badly. This practice helps with pain and energy so much. I meditate every day and meditation and Qigong are so synergistic is amazing. Also yoga and Tai chi mix really well with Qi Gong. Ancient knowledge can be the best sometimes!
I added Qigong to a Nursing Self Care Class due to Covid-19 and the front-line provider stress. The practice works for most of them with decreasing anxiety and stress. The bonus is they can practice with family too. I am sure many will be in your classes in the future. Thank you.
Thank you for this one! I have a lot of anxiety after having been through some ptsd and trauma and i learned that anxiety is energy trapped inside the body and i should try Qigong every morning. I have been overthinking every single small thing..and it gets so draining to always be on alert looking for danger everywhere..it even forced me to isolate and not being able to look for jobs anymore. This made me feel so calm afterwards..it felt like the energy actually moved around in my body instead of it being stagnant and stuck.

WOW! Very powerful and my body quickly responded. I could feel A LOT of energy moving. I needed to yawn and I released a lot of stale energy. 💛
