I don't get homophobia, never did, and never will. All my life I've been told I'm selfish as though it was a bad thing. Personally, I think it's by far my greatest strength and positive quality. Why? Because rather than worry about or bother someone who is gay or lesbian I'm far too busy minding my own business. That's how I managed to save, invest, and retire early. Look after your own business, not everyone else's. I've met many gays and lesbians in my life and got along with them just fine. Just down the street from me are 2 guys who are married, they seem like all right guys, so what's the problem? Last but not least, I was watching a Pride Parade, and a girl watching the parade had a T shirt that said on it: Some women like other women, get over it. My thoughts exactly.

I’m a 26-year-old gay man. My boyfriend and I were beaten up by four guys outside the mall one night. We were walking and holding hands, enjoying ourselves, minding our own business, and they approached us. They verbally bashed us with a bunch of homophobic slurs and then attacked. It was a bloody mess on our faces by the time they were done. I still have permanent jaw damage from it. That night changed everything - our sense of safety, our sense of freedom, expression, pride. Now we’re too afraid to hold hands in public as a result 😞 I know it’s 2022 but it’s still a dangerous world for us gays to live in…
@Earthrealm well, let's do the same with straights, dont go around holding hands with your partner because it attracts attention and gives off too much heteronormativity. start hiding yourselves so that lgbtq people dont get offended. this is BASICALLY what you just said
Im really sorry about what has happened to you. keep holding hands. its not their business as to what your love life is and if they think that it is their business, then they're the bad guys
You're lucky you are still alive because some Homophobes go as far as killing gay people What's more sickening is that News reporting's on Murders of Gay people in the comments praise the murderer And they say we have a "Mental Illness"
There's an elephant in the room that wasn't mentioned, but I'll mention it: most people ascribe to a set of beliefs that has a Sacred Book, and most versions of that Sacred Book say being gay is a crime worthy of death. And people are afraid to challenge that belief, and that book. That fear has to go away. (This applies to sexism too.)
@@daivid286 Same reason why, in Marvel comics, the most plausible motivations behind anti-mutant prejudice are just skimmed on. I mean, why would one superpowered person be a target of bigotry and the other not, all else being equal?
tbh, some of these comments are extremely disappointing. i lived in such a perfect bubble believing that in the 21st century, ppl would be more accepting. ig that bubble was ought to burst.
It is indeed disappointing and surprising. Many people can’t critically think for themselves, and stick to these rather… outdated and ignorant beliefs. People can be educated overtime, and especially as more people come out as apart of the LGBTQ community, they will be forced to interact with them. It’s just shocking cause, people apart of the LGBTQ+ community are just normal people. Normal people with jobs, businesses, and even families.
as a straight cis guy. i never understood why ppl are homophobic. i don’t get the hatred of something that is totally natural. we see homosexuality in nature. it’s rarer in nature yeah. but that’s simply because animals have less consciousness. so they rely more on an instinct just to breed for children instead of having emotions. i just never understood why people are homophobic. i’ve even been called gay or even the t slur a few times just cos of how i dress.
@@SquamataReptile i think after a bit of research. i’m starting to understand the mind of the bigots. most homophobes are also transphobic and even racist. some even ableist. the reason for this which i believe is that they don’t like oppression. but in a bad way. they see an oppressed group getting special treatment and get jealous, because they’re jealous, they feel the need to be bad. e.g. lgbt (oppresses group) has parades every yeah for a month (equity to boost them/the “special treatment”), then straight people (non oppressed group) see said oppressed group and become jealous because they are not getting parades. “when’s straight parade gonna be a thing”. but some take it to the next step and actually start to really hate lgbt. same for any oppressed group. “when’s white history month, why do black people even need a month”. that’s just how i think it is. i’m not 100% sure. some of it could be through how they were raised. some of it is because they have a traditional mindset and because of that, they don’t understand what’s natural and what’s not
@SquamataReptile I'm also a straight male. Homosexual relationships are natural and should be treated equally as straight relationships, same with marriages. I feel like the biggest reason lots of people are homophobic isn't even mentioned in this video, and that is religion

Lily once said “Why do gay marriage bother you when it doesn’t affect you at all?” And I completely agree with that like how does it affect homophobic people? Like it’s not like they are receiving bad luck or something
@Amin Yashed Marriage is used to show the love you feel for that person and that you are going to the stage of marrying them doesn't have to do anything with homosexuality
@Amin Yashed I'm a Christian, but I'm gay. I've read the Bible many times. God, wants us to be free and make our own choices. Being gay however is not a choice, BUT marriage doesn't necessarily have to be between a man and a woman, thats why in some countries gay marriage is allowed. Also, marriage is the union of you and the person you love, no matter the gender no matter the sexuality. I'm sure God doesn't differ us from any other human being. Because we're human, no matter our identified gender or sexualitym also about the population we are litteraly so many people on the earth like what
Based off my experiences, Heterosexual men who are attractive, get a lot of women attention and have something going on for himself, doesn't care if a man is gay or not. Straight men who are unattractive and nothing going on for himself are more homophobic.
i think this is also because straight men are pressured to be "manly" as in rude, homophobic and sexist as well - to make obscene jokes about women and just be horrible people in general. Gay guys are accepting of it and they respect women a lot more than straight guys do, and that's what most girls want, a sense of safety. Most gay men also tend to work on their appearance a lot so that checks out too.
I’m probably asexual. I say probably because the topic of sex doesn’t interesting me. I have had it. Don’t care for it. I’ve come out to family without using the word asexual and it’s like it goes in one ear and comes out (no pun intended) the other.

Luckily I live in the U.S and a lot of people around my town aren’t very homophobic or at least won’t attack u for it. I know a lot of gay people. it’s still terrible to see so many people who act like being homophobic gives them power to hurt others. I just finished a show on Netflix where two women ended up together. It was called “Jurassic camp” that’s just the short version of the name. And I looked up the scenes between them and saw so many homophobic comments saying it was gross. While there was a lot of good to it still sucked to see ppl haven’t grown up a little and learned some respect. They don’t have to love but, at least respect it especially when it doesn’t harm them.
Its kinda sad how alot of people are homophobic due to the rules in fairytale book. Well I have a religion and its Buddhism. I came to the comments hoping to see everyone getting along and being accepting of one another (and there definitely was alot of you), but there were alot of homophobes here aswell. Some were just being plain old homophobes but others said that their reason for it was that they had traumatic experiences with lgbtq+ people in the past, and to those people I am truly sorry that you experienced that. What those people did was just awfull and totally uncalled for, but you need to understand that not everyone of us is like that. Heck, my friend group has a mix between a bisexual guy and girl, a gay guy, a lesbian girl, an asexual (me) and a few straight guys and girls, and we all get along great. I am lucky to have such a fun, supportive and loving group of friends. In the end it doesnt matter who you prefer, because everyone has the right to love whoever they want. We just all need to see and accept that.
At the end of the day it is simply very biased thinking labelling the whole gay community as bad because of a bad experience you had with a gay person. Most (if not all) dictators in the world were straight men right? So should we just start hating all straight men? People treat minorities completely differently than the majority and label them based on isolated experiences.

I thought “what does that mean?” But i didnt say anything and went back to my seat. I only learnt years later what it meant and also that homosexuals existed, i really wish as i kid i was told what racism was and about homosexuals, and homophobia but then again i always had a hard time understanding things so i probably wouldn’t have understood much but i wish i atleast knew something about it.

Homophobia in a scale where people are harmed and harrased is a serious issue, its also cruel that some people get abandoned because they identified as something else than straight. Even i who isn't a great fan of the lgbtq community can not accept some of the horrible treatment that a significant number of these people have to face, they should be treated normal and have rights like everyone else too, nobody should get home beaten up or utterly broken in the inside just because of their sexuality. To the people that don't accept the lgbt: One might/can not accept it which is ok, one can't accept everything but try to tolerate them and understand the fact that these are people, see the person not sexuality, dont let your disagreement and dislike harm, kill, ridicule the people. I can't tell you to stop being homophobic (the scale where it is internalised or in ones mind, or is just critism), it is something everybody has to find out for themselves and decide for themselves be it out of religion or whatsoever reason. For some it is part of them as so the sexuality to others. You are not a bad person if you dont support it or accept it, it is your life your view point and opinion. But the problem starts when you dislike turns to hate and wickedness and determines you to ruin the lives of people and to harm them be it physical violence or psychological torture and violence. Live and let live.
As a christian, even if homosexuality is a sin I don't believe homophobia is right, it is arguably even worse of a sin as you are ignoring Jesus request that we love eachother, if there are those that don't agree with you or feel uncomfortable with what you're saying you shouldn't discriminate or make them feel worse because that is not what God wants us to do, he doesn't want us to treat others wrongfully or make fun or them or harass them because of what we believe, instead we should learn to forgive them and understand them better, if they want to stay gay and ignore us than let them do that in peace
Look, I'm a christian too, but I don't believe that homosexuality is a sin either. If you search deep down where it says it's a sin(and sorry for my bad english bible names, I'm brazilian, I do not speak english that well), you'll find people saying things such as romans passage, taken out of context of the ral meaning that was orgy, corintius, translating the words arsenekoitai(rapist) and malakoi (male slut) as both being homosexuals. They use leviticus and genesis from sodom and gomorra, both old testament and from an era witch cristians don't take advice, even sodom and gomorra taking out of context the many zoophilia happening there. I mean, there's just a ton more to uncover and if you really wanna did down it's gonna be a long ride
No one needs to be forgiven for being gay. It’s not a sin. This statement is not doing gay people any favors. You’re just saying once again that we’re wrong for being ourselves. So then move on it’s not your life just because someone else is gay like what’s the problem like if it’s against your religion and your not lgbt then why are you worried let other people live their lives my gosh
It's not about religion. It's that your body subconsciously thinks reproduction is it's ultimate goal. Your road to adulthood is full of hormonal changes made to make you attractive to the **opposite** gender and to reproduce. It's a meaningless never-ending cycle. Why do you think the activity that gives you the most dopamine is s** or mast******ng? Because your body is rewarding you for achieving your goal. Ensuring the specie's survival. Passing on your DNA. As we grow old we lose most of our child making abilities and slowly turn into disposable trash. Then die. That's it. That's the cycle of life. Birth, Reproduction, Death. Being unable to make children in this type of life makes you technically disabled. You know. You won't convince people with Autism they are normal. They cannot communicate with the outside. What's outside their heads. You won't go and convince them they are normal. Sure you won't kill them either, but you'll still recognize that something is wrong with them. Not being able to pass on your genes is basically failing the ultimate point of life. Puberty is a whole phase for preparing you for that. Why do you think that your body dies after being unable to reproduce ?

I think from my experience there’s 3 main categories that inform people’s negative attitudes 1: Religiosity. This can be mild as in just believing it’s wrong and maybe telling someone that once or twice then moving on or it can be more severe with constant condemnation and beyond that violence in some cases. 2: People who are closeted or uncomfortable about their bisexuality. These are generally people from poor social backgrounds where they have nothing but bad imagery and ideas that relate to gay/bi people. 3: Those who don’t like the camp types/view it as being a notifier of physical weakness and inferiority. Sadly often times these people are proved right by attacks on gay people where’s it’s like a group of people vs 1 or two skinny twinks who can’t fight back very well and thus semi perpetuate this stigma.
@Democrats Hate America I never said it meant someone who attacks gay people, I know full well it can be just a mild dislike of gay people. As a paleo-conservative I disagree with your points on it being a mental illness. There is nothing inherently detrimental about them playing on sports teams, that one literally I don’t understand one bit. The others I understand why you and other very educated and sophisticated people around the world have concerns over although I would disagree with you on most of what you raised. I don’t think a law abiding individual, who simply tells his/her boss the truth when they’re asked do you have a wife/husband etc that they’re not straight, deserves to be fired. As for certain professions like school teachers, they’ve been allowed to be teachers for decades now I think if they were disproportionately inclined to abuse kids in a school setting then we would’ve heard about it somehow. More often you hear about a woman teacher in her 20s/30s getting in-appropriately getting involved with a teenage student. Adoption I will give you that one, a lot of gay people are highly left wing and degenerate and anti-tradition so I think adoption is one we need more data. I don’t believe that you can turn someone gay though, it’s a cross that no one chooses to burden. As for marriage, again I’m quite undecided, to me there’s convincing arguments from both sides. In my opinion if a liberal “Christian in name only” church wants to marry a gay couple why is it so bad. Surely if you’re a committed Christian you’ll know it’s not real in the eyes of God or your church. Would a genuine Christian recognise a secular marriage as a real marriage, or a divorced couple marrying for that matter? I don’t think they would so I would just treat the whole gay marriage thing the same way. As someone who is a paleo-con, very anti-abortion, divorce, public displays of improper dress, excessive use of bad language in most conversations, and is mildly Catholic and gay I agree with most of what you say. I despise the majority of gay people who talk about it all the time, make it very public and go on degenerate “pride” parades.
@I Hate Democrats 1. If LEADING SCIENTISTS say that homosexuality isn’t a disease, then they’re probably right. Same thing with the earth being round and vaccines not causing autism. Why do people believe that sort of stuff? Because it is backed up by facts and evidence. What do you have to support your case? “them dang libtards bribed ‘em docs to tell ‘‘em being gay isn’t a diesease”. Secondly, I do not like mayonnaise. Do I HAVE to eat it? No. Can other people eat it? As long as they never show their preference in public because that shit disgusts me. You see how stupid that is? Because YOU don’t like something, people have to hide? This is why all you Christians have a bad rep. Cuz y’all hate for no reason and then call everyone a libtard and such when you lose an argument. 😬😬😬

Nope, had to say this but I disagree with you, even if one were to be an agnostic or an atheist, one would think about what's the best for a social order and it's social cohesion, isn't it discrimination that whomsoever doesn't approve of homosexual behaviour is branded as a homophobic with a sublime message that those who have an anti LGBT stance are ignorant and uneducated, I mean their portrayal is very poor in the liberal media. Let's assume if being a homosexual totally normal and like an everyday thing, what's stopping people to parade a march for incestous relationship as long as these people match under the umbrella of liberty, freedom and democracy ( btw I am a fan of all these things), Cause people citing that homosexuality is ok and natural cause animals also do that, this same logic can be used in the support for incest and pedophilic acts.I don't hate anyone, I just wish to get people have a thorough introspective approach to destructive form of liberalism, where disagreeing is not an option unless you think and act within the status quo.
I think your opinion is wrong. Most anti-gays nowadays are reactionary, not religious. They react to the actions and movements of LGBT organisations, and their most common gripe seems to be with what LGBT people are doing to the culture. The gays got even more hate thrown their way when the government started getting creative with their definition of "hate speech", leading to controversy like the reform of Section 5 (UK). This is a practical issue, not a religious one - citizens simply don't like being locked up just to appease pressure groups, believe it or not. A lot of the hate they get today is the fault of their "champions" interfering with other people's lives, and is nothing to do with religion.

Homophobia is a direct offshoot of religion/ God belief. Just as racism is a direct offshoot of religion/ God belief. So homophobia and racism are strongly tied together by the same religious / God belief threads.
Well, how about we find out what causes homosexuality, and delete that from humanity entirely. I think that would solve our homophobia issue. Racism will probably get resolved as there is more intermingling of different races. Sexism isn't getting any better until feminists start acting appropriately and constructively, not being the PC Police that they currently are. I'm confused in regards to your comment on religion, do you seriously believe that all of the major world religions are bad, or are you upset about religious discrimination between different groups. If you're upset about religious discrimination, then that will not be resolved until those who are currently discriminating against other religions stop discriminating against each other religions, and learn to love. Ehh, I noticed with history that homophobia became worse in the 90s, through to bits of the 2010s. But, in the 2000s, some teenagers took things to anotha' level, by labeling certain boys more, (boys who played certain instruments). Years before, in the 80s, a brown, and black boy could play a viola, some people not labeling them as gay, (even if they assumed it was a violin). But in the 2000s, some teenagers would somewhat quickly label certain colored, musical boys as gay, or sneakily bisexual. Bits of unnecessary homophobia can cause wrong actions, others to be deceived, disrespectful speech, or maybe even paranoia schizophrenia. I know, cause I have witnessed some different things, & I am 30. Ciao.
Which reminds me, I'm working on a paper about homophobia. Do you know any sources I can use, for reasons why people are homophobic? Religion is _all_ I got. What if the homophobe isn't religious? Then what can possibly make them condemn gay people? I need information on their point of view.
@@johnrainsman6650 What i know, are these things: a) A male homophobe could've grown up hearing one, or both of his parents, or uncles, or an aunt saying homophobic slurs, or homophobic sentences. This caused the homophobe to have more fear in talking to a male, they believe might be gay. The homophobe is a little more likely to talk to a lesbian, but not for a while in public, or certain others might assume he is openly bisexual to the lesbian. If she were bisexual, he would care less how others would view him. 2) Straight girls of color, are more afraid to daydream about a male kissing a male. So, if they are more acquainted with a boy, who they assume is gay, one or more of the girls is more likely to call him a *aggot, when they think they can get away with it.

@@johnrainsman6650 Oh sorry, i just saw your response. I'm from America, & despite that folks have a varied view as to how someone becomes homophobic, here's how i have noticed as to how homophobia gets in root into certain folks: 1) Some folks are afraid that their nieces, or future children or nephews are more likely to have some type of bad situation, with a pedophile. 2) In the South a few boys, no matter what ethnicity, are taught a few lies, about gay and bi men. Certain folks make their boys stay away from openly gay men, or men who might've had a bi past. The main thing is, some straight people, & even some straight children allow their imagination, kinda run wild, assuming that gay folks, & suspected gay folks might wanna be pedophiles, or try to persuade certain family members, or certain folks to do gay acts. I hate the word homophobia! Let me explain the actual definition of the word phobia is an acute and psychological irrational fear (and trust me I know as a lifelong sufferer of arachnophobia) a phobia is not a dislike or prejudice against someone’s sexuality preference, creed, colour, ethnicity or religion for crying out loud! It’s far worse than that it is a debilitating anxiety disorder caused by being confronted that leaves you fearing for your life! I know only likewise arachnophobics will only understand this and I’m comforted by the fact that around 88 million people worldwide share the same irrational fear! A phobia is (I accept purely psychological) which grips you like no other and is it life destroying? Yes there are things in life which most take for granted like going up in the loft for example which I cannot do, my phobia (and I have no idea where it comes from as I am the only family member to suffer it) but believe you me and for those who do not understand it, it’s a bit like having a fully loaded gun pointing at your head! I honestly think if I ever encountered a spider now the fear would probably kill me ( and no as you get older it doesn’t decrease in fact it increases and their is no cure) but my point is that a phobia is far worse than a dislike or a prejudice against someone’s preference of sexuality, someone’s skin colour, someone’s ethnicity or someone’s religious beliefs these are just ignorant and Ill educated dislikes so please once and for all can we stop using the term phobia for these trivial dislikes and actually respect the fact that there are real life phobia sufferers after all my phobia isn’t based on a spider origin all spiders are scary

Another one i've thought about is how, if someone is homophobic it might be because they think that most gay people...idk have blue hair? Have been on rupaul drag? Have eye tattoos? Make Being gay thier only personality trait? Most gay people are just regular people. Another bad one is how( and i know alot about this cus i did it as a kid) you think of that person as only gay. Example: Straight person: 'i smashed your mother' brain process: ahahahahhahaha Gay person: ; i smashed him' Brain process: GAY Its an interesting subject
To me I can see on how people will be homophobic since in fact. They don't find a guy liking another guy or a girl liking another girl Is natural at all and even they wouldn't find it natural with a guy Having that fun thing with another guy and same with a female. Doing a fun thing with another female which I used to be Homophobic before back when I used to hate on gay people. But I changed and decide not to hate on them since I used to Find it so wrong with being gay but now I don't find it wrong. But of course I just know in fact I have dealt with many homophobia Before back when I have been gay harassed by many people before. By being called gay as an insult on to me since my sister herself Was the first ever female to gay harass me just to call me gay. As an insult on to me even though I don't find it to make sense For a female to gay harass a guy by calling them gay as an insult. On to a male and I know in fact two other females also gay harass Me by calling me gay and I even know a female Muslim before. On a small school bus even call me gay as an insult on to me Before all because I was singing a Disney tv show theme song. Which I never like Muslims anyway seeing how rude they sure are And of course I have been called the f slur many times in school. Even when I'm not gay which I always know in fact on how the f slur That I can't even say since it their word and plus that youtube. Will remove my comment though since youtube themselves Does not like the f slur which I just know on how the f slur. Will get thrown around as an insult by homophobic people And I always know on how toxic high school students can be. And even on the internet I have been called the f slur so many Times even on youtube back when you could say the f slur. And even in online games I even got called the f slur also Even from the times some player from a gmod server. That used to exist on Garry's mod that wouldn't stop harassing Me by asking me nonstop if I was the f slur nonstop even when I have told him I'm not gay but yet he just wouldn't stop at all. Even from the times I decide to mute him just to ignore him Thinking he would stop since he would think there is no point. On harassing me even if I can't see another message from him But only to be shock when the server changed to a new map. To see another message from him asking me if I was the f slur Since he got unmuted by the server changing to a different map. Just to be shocked to see he goes on harassing me when the Map changed since I see the same text message from him! That I was like wow so he was still harassing me even when I have him muted... which it sure shows to me on how the Mute button is useless when it comes to toxic players. Since those toxic players can still harass you even when You have them muted when they will know you have them Muted and they will still harass you even when you have them Muted and you will start to realized they are still harassing you! Which I can see on why people can be homophobic which Homophobia is everywhere nowadays and you can never escape it.
I'm homophobic because I have a bad past of being accused of being gay and my parents used to hit me for thinking I was gay and sense then I never liked the word gay or gay people bi or lesbians every time I see a couple it just triggers me.
I’m so sorry your parents were like that. But many people who actually are gay have to go through that too. You need to tell someone what your parents are doing to you
I didn’t have the same experience as you but all I can tell you is, putting your anger on someone else because of what people have done to you won’t fix anything. I can tell you that because I hated people because I always used to get bullied, got spat at, got kicked. I had severe depression and never had any conversations with people, but I’m just gonna tell you to not think this way. I know it won’t change immediately but I hope progressively it does.😔
My best friend is a homo. He suffers. We don’t talk about it. He is not himself. IITs weird to watch it. My friend doesn’t make these fake feminine affectations, Teather. It’s peculiar to me, and I wonder what goes on in that psyche that needs to take what he is not…I get curious, and I can’t understand it. 🤔
well you shouldn't take 2 people and assume that the entire community is just like them- just because some men are creepy doesn't mean I automatically think the same about all men. I don't know what you were trying to prove with this comment...
Well I am homophobic because I have had many many very very terrible experiences with gay people, and most of those experiences have to do with the fact that they didn't really respect anyone else's opinion but their own, I don't hate them, I am not against them nor am I with them, I just am not really with that stuff, I will admit I think it's gross, but I never say anything about it, I mainly just keep it to myself and mind my own business about it. Something else that contributed to my turning homophobic was the fact that a lot of the gay people I met tried to force their beliefs on me and it got so annoying, like I was eating Chick-Fil-A bc Chick-Fil-A is amazing and this gay kid saw it and immediately got offended and started telling me about how Chick-Fil-A was homophobic since they didn't support gay marriage, I told them that they are allowed to have their own beliefs, after all it's a Christian business, they don't hate gays or dislike them or treat them differently, they just don't support it, so for saying that "homophobic" stuff I got my stuff thrown away and I was suspended, all because they didn't like Chick-Fil-A for being homophobic, not only that but a lot of gay people and their supporters ( at least the ones i've met) are so unempathetic, instead of trying to see an issue someone had with their cause and try to fix it and show them that they aren't so bad and that there is good, they instead get offended and start getting defensive and it's annoying. those are like 2 reasons on why I am a homophobe, again I don't hate them nor do i support them or go against them.
I agree with you. Like the fact that homosexuals try to force their beliefs on us is choking and annoying. I'm homophobic because I think that some anime/cartoons industry are trying to hard to please the LGBTQ community and it's annoying because it's like forcing us straight people to watch it and start supporting them which again is just annoying. You just can't force someone who doesn't like something
I get ya but it’s kinda wrong to judge millions of people off the few people that inconvenience you, I’m saying this as a straight person. If someone who’s black or is a female annoyed you then that isn’t a reason to hate the group as a whole. One bad apple doesn’t determine the whole tree
The community can be toxic. I wish it was a sexuality and nothing else. People need to realize that being gay, bi, trans, anything is nothing more than a romantic/sexual preference.

@Amin Yashed can you give me a reason?
@Amin Yashed on why gay marriage shouldnt happen?
Because we're human, no matter our identified gender or sexualitym also about the population we are litteraly so many people on the earth like what
@Com D Uh... nope. A loving, consensual relationship between two adults will never bother me.

You shouldn’t feel ashamed for being straight. All LGBTQ people care about is that you don’t hate them. That’s it. (And it’s “ally,” by the way.)
To the people that don't accept the lgbt:
One might/can not accept it which is ok, one can't accept everything but try to tolerate them and understand the fact that these are people, see the person not sexuality, dont let your disagreement and dislike harm, kill, ridicule the people.
There is zero way.

Oh there are many things wrong with that
I think from my experience there’s 3 main categories that inform people’s negative attitudes
1: Religiosity.

He didn’t explain as to why people are homophobic. As long as humans exist some form of bigotry will always remain. It’s human nature to question things that are different from the “norm.”
@@johnrainsman6650 Yet, there is one video about homophobia in public school history. It is on UA-cam, & is called, Indoctrination: A History of Homophobia in Schools. Ciao.

Ciao.

So can I be phobic to your religion?
I honestly think if I ever encountered a spider now the fear would probably kill me ( and no as you get older it doesn’t decrease in fact it increases and their is no cure) but my point is that a phobia is far worse than a dislike or a prejudice against someone’s preference of sexuality, someone’s skin colour, someone’s ethnicity or someone’s religious beliefs these are just ignorant and Ill educated dislikes so please once and for all can we stop using the term phobia for these trivial dislikes and actually respect the fact that there are real life phobia sufferers after all my phobia isn’t based on a spider origin all spiders are scary
a phobia can also be an irrational dislike or aversion to something, not just a crippling fear.

Doing a fun thing with another female which I used to be
Homophobic before back when I used to hate on gay people.
But I changed and decide not to hate on them since I used to
Find it so wrong with being gay but now I don't find it wrong.
But of course I just know in fact I have dealt with many homophobia
Before back when I have been gay harassed by many people before.
By being called gay as an insult on to me since my sister herself
Was the first ever female to gay harass me just to call me gay.
As an insult on to me even though I don't find it to make sense
For a female to gay harass a guy by calling them gay as an insult.
On to a male and I know in fact two other females also gay harass
Me by calling me gay and I even know a female Muslim before.
On a small school bus even call me gay as an insult on to me
Before all because I was singing a Disney tv show theme song.
Which I never like Muslims anyway seeing how rude they sure are
And of course I have been called the f slur many times in school.
Even when I'm not gay which I always know in fact on how the f slur
That I can't even say since it their word and plus that youtube.
Will remove my comment though since youtube themselves
Does not like the f slur which I just know on how the f slur.
Will get thrown around as an insult by homophobic people
And I always know on how toxic high school students can be.
And even on the internet I have been called the f slur so many
Times even on youtube back when you could say the f slur.
And even in online games I even got called the f slur also
Even from the times some player from a gmod server.
That used to exist on Garry's mod that wouldn't stop harassing
Me by asking me nonstop if I was the f slur nonstop even when
I have told him I'm not gay but yet he just wouldn't stop at all.
Even from the times I decide to mute him just to ignore him
Thinking he would stop since he would think there is no point.
On harassing me even if I can't see another message from him
But only to be shock when the server changed to a new map.
To see another message from him asking me if I was the f slur
Since he got unmuted by the server changing to a different map.
Just to be shocked to see he goes on harassing me when the
Map changed since I see the same text message from him!
That I was like wow so he was still harassing me even when
I have him muted... which it sure shows to me on how the
Mute button is useless when it comes to toxic players.
Since those toxic players can still harass you even when
You have them muted when they will know you have them
Muted and they will still harass you even when you have them
Muted and you will start to realized they are still harassing you!
Which I can see on why people can be homophobic which Homophobia is everywhere nowadays and you can never escape it.
Because they fear that is what they are, so they suppress it.

@@khalidibrahim722 LMFAO im sorry but u don’t like someone cus of there sexuality 😩
I'm sorry but what the actual fuck?
@@OrangeJuice-le2nv You're living proof of exactly what I just said IMAOOO
I get ya but it’s kinda wrong to judge millions of people off the few people that inconvenience you, I’m saying this as a straight person. If someone who’s black or is a female annoyed you then that isn’t a reason to hate the group as a whole. One bad apple doesn’t determine the whole tree
Nothing's wrong with disliking a toxic community...
Exactly
Based
The community can be toxic. I wish it was a sexuality and nothing else. People need to realize that being gay, bi, trans, anything is nothing more than a romantic/sexual preference.
We’re taking about being gay people only not trans or all that other stuff….. being gay by itself isn’t a big deal
Are you talking about JUST the community because if so I agree but if you have an actual problem with people being gay then that's discriminating

I just think people who are homophobic are the same people who complain about why they have no friends and no one likes them
