I did speed pull, hang clean without catch. And I hit my chin with a bar. So, I just learnt how to catch... Hang clean is great with better shoulder mobility. But, I'm curious. Do we need jerk? For punch power and punch coordination.
My question is when you have a job that is more than full time so we're talking over 40 hours a week plus let's just say 20 minute commute each way and you have a family you don't have a lot of time to train but you want to train for boxing what would you do how would you structure your workouts? The minimal amount of time required to get the most benefits what workouts would you do? Obviously most of it is going to be boxing still work but what about your road work and your strength and conditioning and all that other stuff like flexibility and mobility?
You want power do hang snatches, buy an Olympic bar and put it in your room. It’s all you need for power since it works almost every muscle in the body explosively. Do as many as you can for 1 minute straight, then rest for 3 minutes, and do this 5 times. This will only take twenty minutes of your day and you will work every muscle and you will notice noticeable changes in your power and muscle if you are consistent.

If you have little time, I would focus only on boxing
@@janfischer861 thanks
Kinda late but if you have little time to train other than boxing, do plyometrics or quick lifting sessions, HIIT would also be good too
@@isiah6183 I appreciate it. I have more time to train now but I'm currently working around it injury due to my job
