    Great video! I'm at 50% on snatch. Need to improve at positions and patterns!

    My ratio is 0.77% which means that I most definitely need to get stronger although my technique is far from good. Which makes perfect sense because raw strenght movements like squats, shoulder presses and deadlifts are definitely pretty weak.
    I'm not afraid of heavy snatches because it's the only weightlifting movement that I have progress on. It doesn't go as smoothly as I would like to be but I definitely have progress. Which cannot be said about the Clean and Jerk. My best C/J is just 4 kg. bigger than my best Snatch. All people I know regardless of their level have at least 20 kg difference. And C/J requires more strenght. So I definitely need to get stronger.

    42%…. Very nice video … I am missing position and pattern but I guess it is the more challenging part of cross fit because of mobility issues and neuromuscular connections… waiting for the other videos to get better .. thanks

    I’m only 45%. Love the video
    I really need to focus on positions and mobility but also some confidence and explosiveness e.g commit to the lift and don’t be passive
    Getting under the bar is the struggle for me as you transition from moving your body up to moving down quickly
    Looking forward to the next ones

    ~59% = 80 kg / 135 kg. Interesting video - compared with other athletes I usually am ok on snatches but worse on raw strength

    • @WODprep
      @WODprep  Місяць тому

      Could be because most CrossFit athletes are strong relative to their weightlifting numbers, so they'll likely have a bigger gap. Yours isn't far off!

    • @WODprep
      @WODprep  Місяць тому

      These would be working on technique.. if the caulcator should you a percentage under 100% it means you have the leg strength and you need more technique work on your lifts.
