My ratio is 0.77% which means that I most definitely need to get stronger although my technique is far from good. Which makes perfect sense because raw strenght movements like squats, shoulder presses and deadlifts are definitely pretty weak. I'm not afraid of heavy snatches because it's the only weightlifting movement that I have progress on. It doesn't go as smoothly as I would like to be but I definitely have progress. Which cannot be said about the Clean and Jerk. My best C/J is just 4 kg. bigger than my best Snatch. All people I know regardless of their level have at least 20 kg difference. And C/J requires more strenght. So I definitely need to get stronger.
42%…. Very nice video … I am missing position and pattern but I guess it is the more challenging part of cross fit because of mobility issues and neuromuscular connections… waiting for the other videos to get better .. thanks
Hope you were able to check out the other videos! If you are looking to improve on your patterns and mobility, check out the 8 week weightlifting course. We have bundled our shoulder and hip mobility included when buying the course! check it out in the description.
I’m only 45%. Love the video I really need to focus on positions and mobility but also some confidence and explosiveness e.g commit to the lift and don’t be passive Getting under the bar is the struggle for me as you transition from moving your body up to moving down quickly Looking forward to the next ones
alot of pulling strength but definitely need more receiving confidence and technique. Check out the other videos and our 8 week weightlifting course, I think itll be the thing that gets you over the edge! (Link in Description)
These would be working on technique.. if the caulcator should you a percentage under 100% it means you have the leg strength and you need more technique work on your lifts.
Our 8 week weightlifting course will help move this number up! It also comes with our 8 week shoulder mobility course AND hip mobility course.. That you can add on to any training. Check the link in the description
Don't worry - most are in this boat! The good news is, technique gains are easier to make that strength gains. Just takes a bit of work! Look out for the rest of the serries - part 2 dropping today! They'll help here!

You won't want to miss part 2 then! 🙌
40% . My head is my biggest problem. I'm scared of the bar😅
~59% = 80 kg / 135 kg. Interesting video - compared with other athletes I usually am ok on snatches but worse on raw strength
Could be because most CrossFit athletes are strong relative to their weightlifting numbers, so they'll likely have a bigger gap. Yours isn't far off!

Time to work on technique 🙂↕️
74% clean, 76% c&j, 77% split jerk, 78% snatch... time to work on strength, I guess? :D
