Hi Bro it's really helpful. I'm from India, kerala
🔥 video & tips, gonna put some of these to practice, looking forward to watching this fight 🙏🏼
My conclusion after watching this video is beterbiev = mike tyson , bivol = muhammed ali.
Facts.
Yo this is actually an excellent comparison. Tyson vs Ali was a dream matchup, ultimate clash of styles. Tyson had insane power but could also box and set up his shots like Beterbiev. Bivol is the pure boxer like Ali was. Which style would hold up.
Ali is tougher than mike! Man never brakes
Thank you verymuch.
👍🙏🌹♥️♥️♥️🌷🌠♥️🥊🏃♥️🌠💫🌌😘
Those hang cleans were great. Reminded me of football training. This is the reason he has strength beyond a boxer. He doesn't really strength train like one. When I was boxing, I did strongman lifting also. I feel like that style of training, explosiveness, and flexibility is the reason I was able to transition to martial arts so easily. I was 270lbs in martial arts tournaments moving like a cruiserweight boxer and doing aerials. Benched 405, 450 squat and 600 dead lift. I trained different, therfore I was different
Great stuff
The information at 8:00 was something that I was always curious about. So it's best to work both sides equally when it comes to S and C?
There more video on bivol on workout strentght and conditions in rawbox embedded clog.
I’ve just been watching that when I was in the gym earlier and there’s some very good and interesting exercises.

When you watch Beterbiev train you understand why he’s so injury prone 😅
