      deadlifts targets the posterior chain of muscles like back, glutes, erectors and hamstrings. where as squat, is for the quadriceps. both are equally important and are compound lifts in there own way, you just cant compare them mate.

      @@ajaych5046 Yes, I completely agree with you. But in videos of this chanel I see mostly trap bar deadlift and rarely back squads. That's why I have this question
