Note: If you're looking for how to reset a quiet partner i, the one that doesn't have as many buttons (because there are several versions), push any 3 buttons from the left corner on, three times (1,2,3, 1,2,3 and 1,2,3) and it'll reset itself.

This was the exact problem and indications on ours. Tried cycling the circuit breaker off and on several times. I followed your advice to the exact steps. And it worked perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. Our problem was the latching of the door was sloppy. I bent the latch down so it holds in the door tightly now.

I had this happen to my dish washer on 6/3/2022. Thank you for posting this, I am running a dishwasher dishwasher cleaner right now. I hope this does the trick.
You might need to watch my other video on how to replace the chopper blade. It’s easy and normally the reason it faults out.

I tried resetting the controls with your instructions which did fully go through one full cycle. But then the same problem occurred the next day. I replaced the main board and I still got the same issue. I went all out, I checked the drain hose drain pump motor. Door latch and switches. Unless I got a bad board I am truly stumped lmao
Pull the filter, it probably needs cleaned and your chopper blade is probably bad. Should cost about $15 to replace or less.
