That video makes me think about back to nigeria for next year holidays.... Best food I ever ate...suya , pepper soup , cow tail , bush meat , fufu, jolof, and more.... everything so delicious...
Oyibo here - coming to Naija in February '25 with my British Nigerian wife. I can't wait to see the place for myself. God bless. I'll eat everything except the giant snails, and that green slimey Okra she has at home with her fingers. Hahahaa
Those giant snails taste no different than eating an octopus, oyster or squid. Heat during preparation likely kills any parasite you may have concerns. The incidence of schistomiasis in Nigeria through is very low and rare. The incidence is recorded in the villages through exposure to infected streams. Which is also low as most villages now have pipe borne water.
When i was in Naija, the suya was served with cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes & onions (early 2000s), na so country don hard reach they only now serve suya & cucumber??
Have anyone been there before? 14:37 if so, where are they located? I know the address but I need a better description. I need a landmark. Are they beside the street or are they beside a shop or like, where is the exact spot?
Now i dont like that the mountain of rice was uncovered BUT the area looked clean, no flies, no one breathing into the food or spitting into it like you see in the indian street foods...also no dust.... but i did see car drive by...... I will still eat it but i will be specific to ask them to scoop from the insides (not the exposed bits) lolol they'll probably not like me as a customer 🤣🤣🤣
@@JohnsonOwolafe because it's called " Street food 🍲 " it's alright with germs. Not surprised hearing this lame excuse, because you guys prefer food 🍲 being cooked by the " Gutters " side. Street gutter" food 🍲 I will say.

Good food oo
That food opposite Airport Hotel on Obafemi way is tasteless in my opinion
It just looks nice to the naked eye but lacks spices and beta ingredients
The customers seem to be coming back and back again for the same food
@@Seewhatweeat I hear you and you’re right but each to their own 😊
I don’t do what other people do 😊

Mountains ⛰ of " jolloff rice 🍚 " left uncovered. Germs around the corner. I will say.
You have no idea how quickly these mountains of Jollof go and it's sitting on top fire too, should be fine
It's on the cooker...Should be safe..
That's why it's called street food
