Looking good.... Hang in there I've had a M610 for over 20 years now and redone it about 10 yrs ago.. It's a lot of work but you will be proud when it's done..
Do you have a variable drive for 1974, 610 or know where I can get one its the inner part of the shive that the piston goes into. Or a fix for it keeps blowing out the piston. thank you
I do not... But I bought a few parts from "all state ag parts" if you type that into a search engine they should pop up a website for them.. Good folks... They know these units are old and parts are hard to come by so they are a little pricey... Or at least I think so ! ? Good luck
I have a 610 bob cat it currently has a vh4d Wisconsin I would like to replace the motor with a bigger one.. my question will a vg4d 37 hp Wisconsin fit? I know it's a bigger motor but I don't want to take it apart and not fit!!! Any suggestions
WOW ! The only thing I can tell you is the VH4D is so tight to the side wall... I never looked into a different motor.. and my local Bobcat dealer Didn't want anything to do with my questions about the 610.. If I had to give you an answer I would say NO... that's just my thinking... I do follow a youtuber his channel is ua-cam.com/channels/-CJzkwqGwWJ7kg6jO0J28w.html check him out he might have some input for you... Keep me informed if you do it...

My pump bracket was drilled into the block as well. Good thing I was outside when I removed it.
Where do you find parts for that machine currently working on a case 1537 with the same motor in need of carburator

Any clue what size oil filter is
My unit uses a NAPA 1051 Filter but I know some vh4d motors use a bypass filter not sure what number they use...
Would anybody help me getting a wire diagram for alternator and starter and coil
Also don't paint the fins they will hold heat
When you hear the power they got it will turn you into a little girl
