Any chance you can show a video of how the throttle linkage went back in? I have recently picked up this exact machine, replaced the Zenith carb but am having issues with the throttle linkage.

Hi Again, I went and picked up the Bobcat M-610 Skid Steer. It is Identical to yours. Has the exact same picture/stickers on it as yours. My plan is to eventually tear it apart and have it all done the same way as yours. The Drive lever arms do have play in them on the back and forth. I can pull the arm back almost all the way before it will try to move in reverse. Same way with me pushing it forward. Both left and right seem to feel like they have the same travel in them before it will move. I am now almost certain that it does need new clutch discs. The problem here is that They show a 610 clutch disc that has no thin metal plate attached to it on the disc itself. That one new is 20.00 dollars a piece. The M-610 shows that they are 336.00 for 6 discs with a 12 dollar shipping. That is the one that has the tin metal plate attached to the clutch disc. That is a big difference in price between the M-610 and plain 610. Both skid steers look identical tho accept for the stickers on them. I was only asking you what yours look like because I thought you may have redone yours with doing the like new restoration.

Thanks for the videos. My 610 with the Wisconsin VH4d engine will start and occasionally run great anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, then it starts to act like it is possibly flooding? I didn't use it in the winter except for starting it once, and this engine problem began when I wanted to use it this Spring. It won't matter if you have throttle at idle or full it will only run at idle and then not very well. I have taken the carb off twice to clean and inspect thinking needle valve wasn't seating (the second time I had someone else check it), have put new points and coil on (it has a different rotor and points than original and the condenser is external, didn't change condenser) and run gas to carb with fresh gas from a gravity feed tank and still not running right. I looked at spark plugs and they were black which indicates running rich? It may come out of its funk spontaneously and run well as I said, but mostly not and is basically unusable. Any ideas on what to look for? Thanks again.

how come is it when you want to learn something they only show you what they have done and which was nothing in the video, I want to see some thing being done not I don't know how it goes back together or screws he used. Simply show us the screws come out and what's was done and put together this was a big waist of everyone's time.

I would say I have seen an average price of 4500 to 5000. The Wisconsin engines are bulletproof..
