I changed hydraulic fluid and filter on mine and found a woodruff key in the bottom of the right side. Where would it be from? ( doesn't turn right btw )
I'm gonna be picking up one of these things (not running). Will backing way off on the clutch adjusters allow it to 'freewheel' and roll on the trailer rather than just dragging the wheels? Thanks in advance; already know this video series is gonna be a huge help
If the parking brake isn't set it should just roll. With the levers in the center position it will free wheel same as it will when the engine is idling
@@prodieselrepair3218 Awesome, thanks. A buddy who's helping was worried it wouldnt but he did admit it had been about 30 years since he was on a 600 series, haha
Good afternoon young man have you ever replaced the seals in your rear axles on your 610 I'm having a lot of problems if you have a video can you send it my way or any help can you send it my way please
Mine wasn't working either after an engine rebuild so we helped it while it was running by putting air pressure in hydraulic fill hole. just cup it with your hand and blow air in with air tooter...
Got the side open on mine and found the secondary chain was off. Put it back but noticed the big sprocket has a lot of movement. Looks like the bearing needs to be replaced. Any tips on this?
You can add hydraulic fluid through the tank breathers. On top of the tank.
Its lots eaisier.
Dude that shit was so easy to see lol good video man
I have the same problem with that one reverse clutch twice . I have to go in a third time I’m going deeper into the thrust bearings behind

Thanks for sharing this !
Mine calls for Dexron trani fluid in the hydraulics.
Use a hone stone on the damaged clutch surfaces .
Good advice

very good
Video work needs too be main attention before he tackles any other stuff why make a VIDEO when you only give a running commentary
