You have a beautiful mother and I know this task has to be hard for you? Because people with dementia and Alzheimer's have a hard time sitting still and pay attention because they don't have that anymore. They don't know how to stay focused.

Although we don’t have a personal friendship, I enjoy watching your interactions with your mom and the other residents. It reminds me of when my grandmother and I visited all of her friends when she was living. That memory helps me get through the tough times. Tomorrow is the day that she passed away and believe it or not, watching these videos is helping me. Awww….thank you so much!❤

Girl let me just tell you how much of a blessing you are to those patients, God Bless you Crystal❤! My uncle was in a rehab/ nursing facility last year and on his first day his roommate said I sure like cookies too and I took him cookies for the 6 months my uncle was there, 2-3 times a week and he never had a single visitor of his own. Girl it doesn't hurt to be kind!!! I love you for this!!!❤❤❤

I was in a rehab place for 3 months and there were loads of dementia patients. It was heartbreaking. One gentleman I called him "the shark" he compulsively went around the hallways allllll day long. He would go into room and take things. CNAs tried to stop him. It wasvs

Yup! Had chats with my mom and gave my son FULL PERMISSION to share whatever he deems fit as long as he’s taking GREAT care of me JUST LIKE I DO FOR MY MOM!!!! 💯 And anybody who doesn’t like it, doesn’t have to watch!!
Blessings Crystal, I’ve been watching you and your mom for almost a month. The Lord is truly with you. I’m glad to see you caring for your mom. I raised by my grandmother ( she passed away in 1984). When I watch these videos I see now that my grandmother was suffer with dementia even though it wasn’t known back then. I miss her so much. I pray for you and your mom everyday. She can be comical at times. Have seen the video with Dr. Ed Salinger, his son Dan and his family. Dan is his caretaker and they live in Oak Grove CA. If you can try to catch their video. I watch both the videos. Where are you all located. I hope should if I ever become dementia my children will take of me the way you and Dan Salinger cares for your parents.
