If Sucker Punch wanted an Asian voice actress that badly, they could have just hired Seuzie Yeung or Xanthe Huynh. Erika Ishii was specifically picked for a reason.
I'm reserving any critique until I see some voice acting and/or cutscene clips (at the very least) until I decide if I want to buy it. DEI has to be the worst thing to happen to gaming. Keep your politics to yourself and just make a good goddamn game. It really isn't that hard. There is no "modern audience", and the belief that there is by developers is what makes these AAA games flop. I don't want to come home after a full day of work and be bombarded by identity politics in video games. I just want to unwind and and enjoy a good game. So no. I won't buy a game if it panders to the radical woke left. I just hate to see beloved franchises felled by the woke machine.
Sony is the wokest of game companies. It's not really surprising. Worst of all. Sony fan boys will buy any thing that Sony produces. Concord was not really a traditional Sony games. It's sad to see what's going on in the industry.
Then again, the XBox brand is a product of WEF puppet Bill Gates and is at the forefront of "You will own nothing and you will be happy ideology" and the Xbots are eating it right up. That's worse IMO. All of the companies are shit at the moment (though Xbox was always WEF shit).

If you don't know Erickson, please look at mk11, and if you don't like that, please go listen to the multitude of art shes made through dropout and MANY OTHER PROJECTS.
