Dear Powerdrift friends, being an ardent fan of all your reviews, I think its almost time to tell you that how your reviews have lost that "powerdrift quality" nowadays. Your reviews used to be much more comprehensive - detailing how the car is to drive, how it behaves in corner, how it exels in utility like baggage space etc. See this baleno review, you even forgot to say a word about how the old diesel mill performs in a new chasis. DDIS is like the national engine of India, right? Everybody would love to hear from you guys how it would be in a new car with such low curb weight. And I think you guys have lost that theatrical Powerdrift touch we fans adore a lot. I love you guys and would love to see more from you. By the way the Endeavour review was more like it. Think about this. More power to you.

My Baleno just got delivered yesterday! The review is really accurate. Maruti Suzuki could have done a much better job on the interiors. But at the same time, the ride quality is fantastic.

The steering wheel of swift returns to it orginal position after a steep turning but in baleno its not happening is it a flaw or is it like that ?

Maruti can sell any car. When people flock to buy Celerio, there's nothing much Maruti has to worry about giving a quality car. Not to take anything away from Baleno which is a good car.

great review, booked this car after detailed home work, eventhough we have newer cars and technologies, but the cost of ownership matters and the reason for selection of Maruthi. Had booked the car without test drive, hope I like it, trusting your video and brand.

Mr babu... m planning to book baleno and i want to go for autum orange colour but i am not sure how does the colour look in real as there are no cars in showroom of this colour. .. i m living in delhi and i doubt if this colour will suit in sunlight n summers or not... n how wud it look in sunlight.
@Tanuj Girdhar... I had the same feeling initially till I got delivery of my Premium Autumn Orange Baleno !! That's a stunning, really premium shade on a Baleno, specially Alpha, with its chrome handles & linings. The shade looks different during the sunny day, under shade and night lighting. But, I love it. After I purchased it, all my friends & colleagues started liking it and many of them started thinking of booking this color. So, my advise is.... go with your mind & Baleno in Autumn Orange will not let you down.

Baleno is a great car..have been using it since more than 6 months. Size wise it feels enormous from the inside as well as from out. But more than anything else, its the sheer ride quality which truimphs any other 'benefit'. Great work,MSIL!

loved the review, like a management mantra - KISS , keep it short and simple. I love how Sharan Paaji has eased into reviewing cars, just sits in the car and starts off , effortless review from his side I must say. Also seems like Ten Hut's way of talking has been picked up by Sharan also, Towards the end of the video after 5:15 for a minute looked like as if TenHut ended the review. Cheers team.

Sharan Bindra is back, and how! The Bosses at PD gave him small hatches to test on the previous few occasions and the cars curbed his free-flowing style. With the Baleno, he is back to his flowing best. The review is world classAlso congratulating the un-sung hero, the cameraman/cameramen on the awesome job performed. The Baleno is made to look extremely attractive from the angles that it is shot from, that one wonders why Maruti wasted money on those expensive advertising agenciesNexa must have this video on playing full blast on loop in their showrooms. The salesmen would not be required to utter a work thenOnly small thing I saw missing was the boot of the car was not shown, but then that is nit-picking to be honest
That is some comment for #MondayMotivation. Having said that, we will definitely work on this and churn out better content the next time around.

I have a Zdi + model.. probably best in its class.. few things i would like to see as an improvement in next generation, these are -
1. the Bumper specially the rear is too soft and delicate, if you are taking knee support from bumper while loading or unloading luggage it is not good..
2. The cabin insulation improvement is much needed. I have a new generation bolero also and sitting in both the cars back to back it's really a shame that bolero's cabin is unbelievably a whole lot quieter. Also at speeds above 120 kph there is too much wind noise specially at rear. The diesel engine noise gets in more than the bolero.
3. The rear seats cushioning can be improved to the level of Honda city.
4. The engine is very capable of doing 3 digit speeds without even realising. For highways a 6 speed gear is a must. Also it will improve fuel efficiency.
5. Cruise control, automatic headlights and automatic wipers are missing, which are already present on Brezza and S cross. Electric seats and sunroof are also good options. Considering the price of ciaz these options will hardly increase cost by a lac, which is still less than its competition.
6. The doors if u look at their thickness or i should say thinness. They don't give that sense of safety.

i am confused between ford aspire and baleno. They both are of approximately same price. Baleno has six months waiting , if i wait six months is there going to be any price increment in start of 2017 ?
