What about compression socks for long flights?
I haven't tried them yet... should I?
For road trips or long flights, I highly, *highly* recommend compression socks, SockWell's merino wool ones are my favorites.

My travel includes the same Sony's for very long flights, pixel buds pros for normal flights, same toothbrush as you, a spare old phone that can esim (phone got stolen once, always have backup one now), Anker charger, backpack only for me though. Sawyer water filter if the destination could need it, tiny first aid and medicine kit, olight baton sr2 flashlight (very bright and very dim modes). Crossbody day bags are great too. I carry a tiny packable osprey like that. Main luggage is the 46L osprey porter. I carry Paracord to hang dry my clothes or swimwear. Your gshock watch is nice, but I prefer an analog watch with two timezones... Or not, I can switch an analog quick. I like those cheap eyemasks-- mine came from Lufthansas premium economy seat swag bag.
Hero Clip.. not a generic one. I can't believe how much I use it while travelling. I leave it clipped to my bag.
Darn tough socks are even better than those mentioned.

I guess I pretty much agree with everything from except USB Night light, merino socks (no problem - lucky me 😅), stroller (no kids) and carabiner. Maybe different in the details (like a different suitcase (Samsonite, because it’s still good, don’t intend to replace it as long as it’s fine), Bose headphones, but also NC-options for both, in-war and on-ear, different pants, but also pocket-rich, ideally some with zippers).
Might add the pen and change my wallet situation.
Also, about the ziploc bags: heard some people like to put the hotel remote in those, because who knows when that was cleaned last..?

That Phillips toothbrush comes in a battery-powered model too where the battery lasts for months. I chose it because I didn’t want another charger to pack. It works really well!
@@deniceking3454I agree. I rarely bother to charge it before trips because I have to charge it so seldom and this is my daily use toothbrush at home. It is so much easier to use /store than the electric toothbrush with big bulky charger unit I used to use. I highly recommend it too.
Consider some airlines are REALLY serious about weight restrictions. Ultralight gear with multi functionality is priority!

As headphones yes.. however they don't fold.. so I don't think they are as good for "travel"

Hi Chris. Thanks for sharing some of the new travel accessories in 2024. I love the toothbrush and the wool socks. Need to upgrade my Anker 2 port to the 4 port plug.I like to travel with my earphone and earbuds. The earphones for the plane and earbuds for when I'm walking and exploring the places I visit. Dear Mr Yellow - I had lust for the Level 8 suitcase and had genuinely watched some prior videos that you had done on the subject. I decided to get the voyager carryon and wanted to use your discount link. You had a video where the description had a YellowProductions12 code for 12 % off. The video talked about a YellowProductions10 code for 10%. I went to purchase and NEITHER code worked. I had to use someone else's code that worked. I don't know if Level8 invalidated the older codes because of this 15% off code, but the result was that you, my preferred "influencer" didn't get the credit for my purchase. This may be something you want to discuss with Level8. Not sure if there's a better way to "advertise" these codes because I didn't/wouldn't have checked the "24 Essential Travel Accessories" video for a Level8 luggage coupon code. :(

I wish you would have posted this a couple weeks ago. I just got back from Singapore and the Philippines and the noise canceling headphones on Singapore Air didn't do the job.
Yeah.... I find the airplane provided headphones, even in biz class are lousy

Have you changed the bud sizes to ensure a good fit? They also make a third party "leash" if you're prone to falling asleep on the plane and worry for them dropping
@@696969bold I have never found a good fit despite trying all the tip sizes but continue to use them because of their size and convenience. I do, however, use a tether/leash so that when one of them inevitably falls out, I don’t have to worry about losing or hunting for it so good call there.
I only use android so the pods that work best for me are Senneheiser cx30s. Noise canceling is good for buds, sound is fantastic, and they stay in with a good fitting set of tips
