My family lives in Heber springs as of last year. It's where my wife's family is from and it's 100 000x better than the part of Canada that I'm from. Please don't let downtown die because of the greed of real estate agents and property managers. It's become an area most of us avoid because it's not worth the business.

Too bad downtown is drying up. Prices are high and business hours dont accommodate the working folk nor the tourists. Cant be open 4 hours on the weekend and expect to make it.
