I started your strength routines 5 months ago, first with weights of 3 and 5 kilos, and almost without realising it, I have been increasing the intensity up to the 8/10 kilos I use now. This is such a fun workout! There were parts where I got confused since I'm using a DB, was trying to figure out how to do it us a DB without hurting my arms and wrist but overall I had a great time and sweat a ton! My arms and legs are now jelly! 😊
I felt like I did this before but I don't see my comment so maybe not... This is all I'm doing today because we are going to the pool as long as the weather doesn't change... It's been crazy here in PA lately... I did this workout straight through since my mama is still sleeping... So far today I have consumed 32oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch set to general workout mode I burned 324 calories and completed 3,510 steps... I haven't made my smoothie yet but I know cabbage and spinach will be in there... Have a Happy 4th of July 🎉
This was great! Suggestion for Walk and Tone you should make longer ones where we are doing the strength moves for 1 minute straight to provide an even further challenge. The in between walks can remain at the same interval. Just a thought to mix it up more.
