A terminator sent back to the wrong time trying to achieve the american dream but encounters Cameron. - Фільми й анімація
Love how she went detective terminator and found him in the end. Great episode!
Possibly the most ridiculously awesome Terminator ever. I mean, he got money from robbing banks to build the building where he's going to terminate his target and literally waited there for about 80 years until his termination target stood in a specific position. 😂
He was teleport in a incorrect year so he had that change him plans to kill the objective
thinks this story had the best script of the series. Really playing with the time-travel idea. If only this imagination had been put into Dark Fate. [Get Woke - go broke].
This is just the coolest Terminator shit I've ever heard of. This is what I need in new movies, not Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Connors for the 8th time
I know that lot of people did not like this show, but I like the different actors that played the terminators it prove that all the terminators do not to be Mr. Schwarzenegger.
This show was never unpopular, its ratings were steady. The reason it was cancelled was because it was originally only suppose to air until the release of Termination: Salvation. After the release financial supporters switched their attention elsewhere as the show, although popular, wasn't popular enough to keep financially backing it. The primary company backing TSCC was also filing for bankruptcy and couldn't keep supporting the show (their fault, not the show - again the show made money).
@@onnajy1915 It was also Fox's fault, they never gave the show a chance and the budget and time schedule they put on them was harsh
@@DarknessIsThePath And the writers strike. That certainly didn't help.
Uh what? That’s been a thing since the original terminator movie.
Poor Summer Glau. She was part of the 2 biggest cancellation blunders in Fox history. This show and Firefly.
Add in Wonderfalls. Although Summer Glau was not in that show.
And where they died, every year a fresh set of electrodes are applied to the corpse that once was the Simpsons, to make it move again.
枪在手,跟我走!杀拜登,抢碉楼!
FOX Execs demonstrated once again how boneheaded they are. Not only for entertainment programs, but for news coverage-they just fired their most popular political commentator Tucker Carlson. This is an executive team that is destroying their own network. Think of what FOX could have been with more enlightened and capable leadership?
Add in Dark Angel, and guess who made it..... James Cameron
I've always considered this episode the best of all of them; a story that the 1960 Twilight Zone would have been proud to show. And that is where it all started.
Cameron Phillips A.K.A. Summer Glau. The most adorable terminator there ever was. Bad ass baby doll!
I'm a fan cos of the series.
Love her!
So this is why Liam Shaw is so disparaging of the Borg. He remembers his cyborg days and his ignominious end.
I’d like to see a story where Skynet accidentally sends a Terminator back to Roman times and it becomes a gladiator, then Cesar or to Egypt and becomes Pharaoh, then has it’s endoskeleton uncovered by archeologists. Why not become president and take over the world with advanced tech? A Terminator is essentially Skynet with all of it’s knowledge.
Sounds very interesting. A series about terminators through the centuries sounds cool. Same about Predators hunting people through the centuries
La batteria dei terminator dura “solo” 120 anni ricorda però
@CLOWN HOUSE here you go not quite related to roman but a parody of a terminator being sent back to protect jesus christ ua-cam.com/video/XminlVhLma4i/v-deo.htmlnlVhLma4
@@Andre-PM Imagine un Terminator qui va donner sa batterie a un autre Terminator alors
A Neat idea except for one major problem. T-800s have two Power Cells that run for a maximum of 120 years, meaning a Terminator would only be able to function for 240 years maximum. Not a huge issue if you accidentally send them back a few decades early but if you're off by several centuries, unless that Terminator can build himself a new power cel, he's screwed.
This is probably most absurdly awesome thing I have ever watched
Terminators only age if they’re played by Arnold
3:36 - I love this conclusion so much. Painstaking research all episode, ending with "welp, he built the building in the 1920s, he wants to assassinate someone in the building in 2010...therefore, he must be standing inside the wall of the building for 80 years and counting." Her logic is undeniable :)
why didn't his skin age though.
he should have been just a metal skeleton with rotting flesh on it by that time
@@NitpickingNerd The idea that the artificial skin aged wasn't introduced until Genisys, so at the time, it was plausible that the power cell would just keep the flesh alive.
That's the best plan it could come up with???
@@1000kings1 Hey, it would've worked if not for that meddling (Terminator) kid!
@@NitpickingNerd ok hear me out, this is just a stretch/what if..... Rubber skin like T-600, (yes, i know that this Myron terminator is a T-888)
Damn Fox for canceling the show!
dressed like a 1920s gangster robbing banks lmao
3:54 You can have reasons to love john connor or Bob Uncle, or everyone else in the terminator franchise, but cameron, OH BOY SHE'S THE BEST!!!
Bob Uncle lol
Summer Glau was fantastic in this show. This series deserved two or three more seasons.
Not gonna lie, I didn't know where that timestamp was gonna lead to so I just assumed it was the casual ass shot at 3:11 :P
This show was a really good, the story lines were well thought out within the cannon, and the arc of the theme had a promising future. no pun intended.
terminator robbing banks XD
This was a good show and it did a great job at expanding the terminator universe.
Imagine if Terminators had emotions.
Me: "The fuck, why is everyone dressed like the prohibition?"
*Goes outside and sees old cars and cops with whistles*
Me: "Oh shit..."
*Looks at sky*
Me: "MOTHER FUCKER!"
You when you realise you now need to build a real estate empire, ruin Chandler and build that tower yourself: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCKKKK!!!
I miss this show :c
*****
and now we got this fucking Genysis shit coming out -_-
***** I've heard a lot of different plots. The T-800 vs his younger self, then I hard they brought a T-1000 into it. As far as I can tell now, it starts like The Terminator, copies "Pilot" (first episode of TSCC) with going into the future, then turns into Terminator 2. :I -shrugs- I think the plot is all over the fucking place. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a TX in there, come from the future to seduce someone and do something or other, DX I don't bloody know! -cries- ... :c I just hope and pray it's good.
Damn I miss this show.
I wonder what happens to Myron Stark's construction company after he walls himself up in that building?
Probably liquidated and invested into the companies that would eventually go on to create SkyNet
It's now part of Microsoft. 😅🤣😂😉
Almost feel bad for that terminator, all that work robbing banks, building business, making dough, and spent close to a century in a wall only to end up getting smashed by an elevator and it’s cpu ripped off.
Agreed, but a machine has no sense of perspective-all those actions were just solutions to algorithm problems. When time has no meaning for you, it's just another variable in an equation.
One of my favorite shows I was so pissed when they cancelled the show.
Thanks so much I was looking for this specific episode and you have exactly the fight scene I wanted plus the exposition in good quality and you jump straight to the point because I wanted to show this to someone.
Hours worth of work saved. 😁
one of my fav eps from my fav show ever. i hope they return with a direct to dvd movie at least...
"…An effective strategy." Lol
This a great episode because it addresses the question, What if a terminator missed his target date. Good writing, excellent delivery and killer ending.
Eighty year old bullets firing perfectly and a fully compressed drum spring didn't get damaged from being under tension for most of the twentieth century. Both of those events are very impressive!
That episode was great!!!
My fav
1:00 "You can tell the date, by looking at the sky?!" ... "Yes. If we can see the stars clearly, then it's the 19th century. If we can see the stars, with difficulty, then it's the 20th century. If we can't see anything, except the moon, maybe Venus and a haze of light, then it is the 21st century."
Look up computer program Stellarium. Rob Skiba mentioned it in a bizarre way on making a theory that JC was actually born on 9/11. 🤔
"We'll see..."
I remember this episode which Cameron discovers a Terminator had travelled to the 1920s
Looks like Captain Shaw missed to tell Picard this story. 😄
I think the show had potential I liked it
I think it was too early today would be a great streaming show this episode especially was great
me too, Bring back TSCC !
Myron Stark is the man even though he is a machine
Employer of the year without the prior of his past
And paid people well, and treated workers with respect.
Terminator the Sarah Connor chronicles.
This particular clip is from an episode called "Self made man"
I admit I enjoyed the TV series but time travel always poses questions to me. One the primary issues is paradox: Creating a change (or the inability to change) events. If the Terminators sent back in time would kill John Connor... then why would the be sent? There's an interrelationship. However I have a more general question: All the deaths caused by Terminators may have effects on society. Dozens of people would affect thousands in some future. It would be unwise to be... cavalier non-targets. John Connors dead the timeline may produce another freedom fighter... or 100.
Self Made Man.
Something must've happened back at the future. My guess is that future John changed the date.
"STARK"!!!!!!!!!!!
It would have been a nice touch if the guy in the wheelchair found out what Cameron was and was "wow" about it. But that he killed himself and Cameron went on with ingratiating herself with his replacement was a nice reminder that she was a machine.
I loved so Much this episode.
CAPTAIN SHAW
hates machines
but he was a machine
The hidden footage from Home Alone.
Myron stark reminds me of Timothy Olyphant
I get that reference I couldn't picture it myself until I saw him in Justified.
If you think you could make a good Terminator maybe he could have made a good Dominic Toretto.
3:37 metal gear!
Probably the most ironic part is this Terminator ended up helping more humans than it killed. Between all the profitable jobs he provided to countless poor individuals, constructing numerous buildings and homes for people and likely establishing a very successful construction and real estate company, he likely helped ensure countless families would have profitable and happy lives for generations. And none of them would ever be the wiser of his true intentions.
To history he'll always be seen as a progressive, generous man and an inspiration
Yeah Myron Stark was actually an amazing boss; he paid well, got stuck in alongside his employees, showed no signs of prejudice and (appeared) to take the high road by remaining restrained in response to Chandler's team trash talking him, he even offered Chandler a generous price for the land he wanted.
From the perspective of the man on the ground with no context of why Stark was doing all this, he was a polite, hardworking, socially progressive, highly intelligent & generous man, who consistently remained calm in the face of Chandler's smack talk and rather haughty demeanour.
I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of his employees missed him when he vanished, not just because they'd lost their jobs (assuming the company went under as opposed to continuing under his subordinates or being bought out by another company), but because he was a decent boss to work for. A shining example of the American Dream.
She beats up other terminators pretty good
We'll see. A line repeated again and again.
in which episode do you see this terminator building and putting himself in a wall to enter in stand by ? is not Self made man, there is no such part when he gets in, it must be another one.

first season was amazing, the second season had a lot of WTF is going on
I know I love season 2 so much
Like skynet could't kill John's grand grand parents back then.
It still needed to ensure the creation of Cyberdyne & Judgment Day.

This series was stupid sending hundreds of terminators to get their ass whoop by her
This is a great scene and episode but it's very unlikely an 80 year old gun would fire that hasn't been cleaned up lubricated in all that time and bullets don't last forever either
Just assume that Terminator Stark is a mechanical genius with mid-21st century knowledge of propellants and lubricants who handloads it's own .45 APC and is taking whatever steps are practical to ensure it's weapon remains functional for the duration of it's mission!
The bullets would have lasted OK, I've fired 80 year old ammunition without a problem. But the working mechanism and springs in a Thompson SMG would have needed to be exercised and lubricated over the years to prevent rust and breakage. Probably Terminator Stark had a subroutine to conduct periodic preventative maintenance on the weapon over the decades.

So why didn't stark just kill his grandpa?
HIGH PLUTO PUPS I'M CINDY THIS LOOKS LIKE FUN BUT ? THERE IS THIS : WHAT ARE YOU MAKING OUT OF SINGLE OWNERSHIP? CHIPS ? ( POTATO CHIPS ) A ROUGE POTATO IS A TYRANT JOHN ?

"regardless of....citizen status" lol. No one used these crazy Democrat euphemisms back in 1920.
