John Henry is one of the big reasons I wanted this show to keep going. I mean JH serves as a great counterpoint to Skynet in how they regard humans. Here we see that at least some of what Ellison taught him is working, JH does value her life and is doing what they can to save her, even sending her a way that won't have her encounter her babysitter's corpse. It shows both a practical desire to keep her safe and some understanding that seeing a dead body would be traumatic for her. Watching John Henry develop and grow was a interesting part of season 2 and I would appreciated seeing where they ended up, rather than Hollywood just churning out more formulaic movies.
Another part was how he understood that she didnt know some of the words he was using. the first part she struggled to say the word, he could tell that she was confused and why she was confused.
@@herosjourney8725 What I find most intriguing about this scene is when Waterman finds out about the headset. That look on JHs face. I still can't really crack as to what it suppose to mean. Was he shocked or sad/angry that he made a fatal mistake in his calculations? I mean Savannah served as a tool for JH to grow and evolve and he makes a mistake and didn't think things completely thru. Was he angry about his mistake or the fact that he almost got her killed? Answering this question would finally solve the question of JHs humanity. Is he actually able to (somewhat) feel or is he simply learning to adapt?
@@petrgalko4152 well the show takes place after terminator 2. The t-800 in terminator 2 learned about sadness and why people cry. John henry was 80-90% "error in miscalculation" and 20-10% "worried". So there is emotion but not as much as a human.
At this point he wasn't Cromartie. Cromartie's chip was destroyed and his body became the host for a new AI developed by Catherine Weaver. It's essentially a brand new being, the only thing linking him to Cromartie is the body.
JH was like a big brother watching over his little sister. So sweet.
The relationship between John Henry and Savanna was excellent! Great part of the series.

It really interesting John Henry evolution. Love this scene.
I wish they kept this going. I hope the idiots that cancelled this realise what a mistake they made!

1:38 That guy performed a very good terminator role.
"Debbie's in the foyer, we're not going that way."
1:37 shooting the babysitter to death with a warm smile on his face...lol priceless
@Pipa Cacao Yes I always recall the 'Service with a smile ☺' approach to the baby siter.

*"There's a dead bitch in the foyer, we're not going that way."*
So he's not terminating?

Is this the only goodthing cromartie did in the entire 2seasons ?

in other words they gave the body a nrw brain or in automotive terms, they replaced the motor. @@AussieGG
