Stainless Steel Single Quiet Pack 304 stainless steel silencer & manifold… What does it sound like?

When getting a new exhaust, one of the key questions is what will it sound like? Well, I had the same question before fitting my new Stainless Steel Single Quiet Pack 304 stainless steel silencer and manifold. The old steel Bugpack exhaust on my bus had finally begun to rust away. Time for an update.

Hopefully, this video gives you a better understanding of what it sounds like in reality. I’m running a fairly stock 1600cc Aircooled flat-four engine on my VW camper. The exhaust is fairly subtle in tone. Definitely not a deafening loud raucous roar, but a nice deeper reassuring growl that won’t scare children or passers-by!
