I also started ready n showing books to my daughter from the 5...6th day she was born... Now she is 2 years.. I knew about high contrast...so I did a DIY of religious pictures print n laminate during my pregnancy
Till 4 month I showed it to her
Then I ordered cushion book n 365 stories from quran which my baby loves very much.. by the time she was 1.25 years when she started to speak....she could identify entire book picture n name them..now she is 2 years n I got a toy n book library subscription...n a black board... My baby too loves books now
She also loves cocomelon when ever I see she is watching mobile..I tell her I'll show u tv...mobile is bad ..then when she see tv for half n hour... I start playing with toys...then she automatically comes to me..n switch off the tv when she is engaged in toys n books
