We have a paperback version which was around 450-500 rs. You can refer to the link in the description box, if it is not available then you can skip it..it's a good book but there are many others which are equally good an available at a much lower price

I read the book "Murder mystery of Reporters" which is a detective book. It's a wonderful book to read in the mystery detective genre, a must-read for mystery lovers specially written for teenagers as language is easy and maintains appropriateness.

Generally I like all your recommendations but I bought set of 10 books by Julia Donaldson and I felt all books are not equally good. 3 books are different from the ones in your set but I didn't like the books like cave baby, gruffalo, room on the broom, paper dolls etc.Some if the images in the books are scary and some are not interesting. I liked only 3 books in the entire set. So I would suggest others to buy individual books and not whole set.
My kid liked room on the broom though it has images of a witch and dragon scaring the witch. Apart from that he liked smartest giant in town and squash and a squeeze. Monkey puzzle was not part of my set. Also UA-cam has read aloud videos of most books. You can check it before buying.

Do you want to give books to kids? definitely shoot for educational books while they're young, something to expose them to literature or even have them pique interest into reading, especially if you tailor make it into their own *personalised childrens books*

One thing more as I know english but ghar pe usually talking language hindi hi hai, so uski vocabulary k worlds to kaafi english mai hain lyk veggy names, fruits names etc. But he talks only in hindi. I want him to understand english so that He gets comfortable with English stories also. But not understanding how to start? please help. Thanks.
The easiest way to do is to start talkin in English, just repeat the same statement in hindi so he understands, gradually the child will pick up, also some basic reference to context phrases you should use every day+ like before eating- let's eat, it's dinner time or its time to eat- asking is it tasty while feeding or do you like tomatoes while having tomatoes - it's easier for them to understand when they associate with an act which is repetetive!

Hindi books ka bhi same importance hai, language ke saath saath ek reading habit, imagination, thinking power etc develop karti hai...it also helps in language development to agar aap English sikhane ki koshish kar rahe ho to you can get some English books too, I will recommend ke for that purpose aap ladybird waala set le sakte ho, bahut simple English hai, and zaruri nahi hai pura English main sunao, aap apne words main hindi +English mix main suna sakte ho.
