I've never tasted that fruit!
It has a super mild taste, it's not a fruit I really enjoy eating on it's own but it's BEAUTIFUL in recipes to bring that gorgeous color!!
This is a good a thing to make on a trip to Thailand because dragonfruit is really cheap there. I'm sure you have some viewers from Australia and and people originally from Australia who are in Thailand. I'm pretty sure dragon fruit grows in Australia.
