I love all of these ingredients but I’m stuck eating chickpeas and cucumbers since everything else makes me gassy. Idk what to do 😢 I thought it was lactose only but nope, sadly most stuff I eat unless is meat of some type, makes me gassy and bloated.
You should talk to your doctor and also make sure you're having enough fiber as well. From a Google search, here are some things that can help reduce gas: -chew food slowly with your mouth closed. -eat smaller meals, more often. drink slowly. -exercise regularly to improve digestion. -eat foods that are easy to digest like rice, bananas, citrus fruits and potatoes. -drink peppermint tea.
