This one is definitely fun, but you must listen to a few of Warrant's other songs to get a better idea of their talent. Listen to "I Saw Red", "Heaven", and "Uncle Tom's Cabin" and you'll be amazed it's the same band! "Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich" is a fun jam too, but with more of a metal edge.
There are tons of great songs from Warrant... Like "I saw Red", "Uncle Tom's Cabin", "Heaven", "Blind Faith", "Sometimes she cries", "Stronger Now", "Bitter Pill", " 32 Pennies", "Down Boys", "Machine Gun". Jani Lane had such amazing talent as singer, songwriter and musician. In my mind, he was Warrant. Sadly, we lost him Aug 11,2011. He left us way too soon. Never forgotten and sorely missed. I Love You Jani. RIP.
I’m so glad I came up through the 70s-90s. The best decade for music in my opinion. Kid in the 70s, teen in the 80s and young adult to adult in the 90s so this music was perfect for my age growing up. Then the new millennium came along and had some good - ok music but after about 2010s it went down for me. But hey, that’s why we have all the music media we have and I can dig into my favorites. I truly couldn’t tell you of any new artist or new song after 2010. I just don’t listen to it. Thanks man for keeping all this great music alive. Another great reaction
when I was in desert storm we had a softball team that went undefeated every time we was in Dubai. We called ourselves "The Down Boys" I wrote a letter to Jani's fan club. I got a letter back with a photo signed by the entire band. He wrote a personal letter saying "stay safe as you head out one million miles an hour where the Down Boys go." One of the coolest things to happen in my life.
Please don’t let this be the only song you ever hear from Warrant. While it’s fun and has a great riff, they’re about so much more than this. Even the singer hated that this was the song they were most known for. I think you would really enjoy “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” or “Heaven” or “I Saw Red.” One of my favorite bands in high school!
I was 14 when this song came out - me and a few friends all pitched in to buy this cassette tape to play in our ghetto blaster 🤣🤣played it to death 😉🤟❤️🇨🇦
LOL! This song is so ridiculous.🤣 I think you might be remembering a segment from the movie, "Bring it On," during the cheerleading tryouts; a girl dances to this and it is hilarious. Maybe? Maybe not? Anyway, great reaction as always. 😁🤣
Music from this genre is very indicative of a time that was different, and better, from the heaviness of today - I encourage you to explore the whole gambit of Rock from the early '80s to the mid-'90s
Gawd, always did love Miss Bobbi Brown. You can see her in a few other videos. Great White - Once Bitten Twice Shy, and Hurricane - Im On To You. Now she has her own cosmetic line.
You might have watched the movie The Final Girls(2015). There is a memorable scene where this song plays. If you haven’t watched this movie though, it is worth checking out. These teens are in a movie theater and end up in the 80s movie on the screen.
Record execs wanted this one released first. Janie wanted Uncle Toms Cabin released first. Would’ve changed their image. Janie was an excellent songwriter and vocalist. Great band. Dig deeper Edit: He married the woman in the video, Bobbie Brown, and had 2 kids with her.
You know you heard this in a strip club lol. Just kidding. But this is one of those 80s hair band stripper songs. Like Motley Crue Girls Girls Girls and Def Leppard Pour Some Sugar On Me lol.
Not sure if it's true, but I have read in multiple places the band didn't think this song was particularly good, and didn't want the album titled after the song, but were forced to by the label. Love it or hate it, they have better songs than this for sure.
They actually wrote it to be catchy. The record company wasn't happy with the album and made them write another song. It pissed off the band when the label changed the album's title from "Uncle Tom's Cabin" to "Cherry Pie". It's still an awesome song!
The band hated the song, but the record company refused to put out the album unless they did the song. Saw a show about the band and the lead singer was embarrassed, because for the rest of his life he’s going to be the Cherry Pie guy.
Warrant was hair metal at it's very best. They were incredible live as Jani Lane sounded the same in person as on the album, much unlike the experience I had with Guns n Roses.
Hey guys i watched your reaction to Stairway to heaven and i can’t help but think what your reaction would be to lynyrd skynyrd’s “Freebird” wait for it and you will be blown away.
They have a nice power ballad called Heaven too. This is my personal favorite of theirs. RIP Jani. 🥰

Yessss Uncle Tom's cabin for sure
Heaven is great
I completely agree!
Where the Down Boys go!!! That’s a great song too!!
@@michellec2514 That's my favorite. It legitimately kicks ass. That album is a guilty pleasure. Lol

This video was in heavy rotation on MTV back in my day , love this tune !! One of the great Hair Bands , they have other great tunes !!
It’s featured in Bad Grandpa - where the kid performs at the pageant 🤣
Hi from Sydney Australia 🙋♀️

Another great reaction
I was born in 79 and feel the exact same way.
You're right. This song does get stuck in your head. You'll be randomly singing it for days. 😆🍒🥧
My youngest daughter used to think they were singing about her daddy cuz he stood 6’ 4”!
My favorite by them is Uncle Tom’s Cabin!
Do you come from the land down under, 6'4" and full of thunder?

It was in Bring it on.. when they were auditioning cheerleaders

Uncle Tom's Cabin... Oh shit!
I forgot that song.
They were one of the first tapes I bought.
Tapes lol
Uncle Toms Cabin is my all time favorite from Warrant
well it was blocked just a little while ago so apparently he got that taken of
but it depends on whether or not they keep blocking his videos
I was 14 when this song came out - me and a few friends all pitched in to buy this cassette tape to play in our ghetto blaster 🤣🤣played it to death 😉🤟❤️🇨🇦
Iconic 80’s! 💜👍🤘🏼

Warrant - Uncle Toms Cabin is a must
The woman in the video is Bobbie Brown. She won the modeling category on the tv show Star Search, hosted by Ed McMahon back in the day.
C.C. DeVille from Poison with the guitar solo
Uncle Tom's Cabin
My son sang this song 🎵 and Girls Girls Girls. I knew he was love struck. ❤ loved your reaction. Thx for sharing.
Check out more from them...Heaven or Uncle Tom's Cabin are good songs to start with. ✌❤
For a similar flavor try Unskinny Bop by Poison
I'm such a sucker for 80s hair bands. I still love this song.
Their style looks fun and the song is wild! Love the video, Warrant are cool af.
Music from this genre is very indicative of a time that was different, and better, from the heaviness of today - I encourage you to explore the whole gambit of Rock from the early '80s to the mid-'90s
Fun! "Uncle Tom's Cabin" for sure! Heaven is another favorite. Thanks for all the smiles! 😁❤
The lead singer Jani Lane sadly passed away in 2011 from alcohol poisoning.
In the movie "Bring it on" was the fist time I remembered hearng it.
This song was played on the movie Grown ups 2, in the car wash scene
Gawd, always did love Miss Bobbi Brown. You can see her in a few other videos. Great White - Once Bitten Twice Shy, and Hurricane - Im On To You. Now she has her own cosmetic line.
It was the era of fun, catchy songs. Great concerts and times.
Back in the day this was every other strippers song to perform too 😆😆
Unskinny Bop is a fun song
Oh My, from My favorite scene in bad grandpa 🤣😁😁👍❤
R.I.P. Jani Lane
I always love it so much when you get so into it! You make my day every time :D
Uncle Toms Cabin next please!
You were probably watching Grown Ups 2 Jay!!! LOL when The Laminsoffs pull in to get a car wash!!! LOLits a funny moment in the movie!!!
Bobbi Brown...who wasn't in love with her back in the day!
Definitely a song I should not have been listening to as a little kid lol
I miss the days of fun music videos
Needless to say this was “the song” back when I was in the 8th grade ( even though we didn’t fully understand the lyrics).
JaVaughn blushing with the racier songs is so precious.
R.I.P. Jani Lane!
Pretty sure the chorus for this song was used in a commercial campaign on TV recently in the US.
This is basically the stripclub national anthem
Warrant actually hated this song, they thought it was too cheesy.
Hi Jayvee! I saw this band along with Poison and Ratt back in 1991/1992. Epic! Thank you for all of your excellent reactions! Take care!❤️
This was a fun song to listen to during my HS years lol! I only recently learned the lead singer died back in 2011. So sad!
You might have watched the movie The Final Girls(2015). There is a memorable scene where this song plays. If you haven’t watched this movie though, it is worth checking out. These teens are in a movie theater and end up in the 80s movie on the screen.
Warrant sent me.. Great reaction video.
Very catchy song! Lol
uncle toms cabin.... YOU HAVE TO REACT to this one., amaaaaaaaaazing song
Yeah, I grew up with this. Welcome to the 80s.
This song has been in quite a few movies and tv shows.
Grownups 2
Bring it on
The Change up
Bad Grandpa
They're definitely worth check-in out.✌👊
Love Warrant 🤘 this song was in grown ups 2 at the car wash scene!
Record execs wanted this one released first. Janie wanted Uncle Toms Cabin released first. Would’ve changed their image. Janie was an excellent songwriter and vocalist. Great band. Dig deeper
Edit: He married the woman in the video, Bobbie Brown, and had 2 kids with her.
I was wondering what happened to her like where is she now? That’s so beautiful they married♥️
They (Jani and Bobbie) only had one daughter Taylar Jayne (1992). Jani had another daughter, Madison, with Rowanne Brewer (1997).
Remembers me to my heavy metal time long time ago 😀 I was in love with the singer Robert Mason
You know you heard this in a strip club lol. Just kidding. But this is one of those 80s hair band stripper songs. Like Motley Crue Girls Girls Girls and Def Leppard Pour Some Sugar On Me lol.

Lol, they'd be a complete non-entity if not for this song.

@@ckobo84 not true. They did well without this song, but it did help!
Yeah DAMN
They actually wrote it to be catchy. The record company wasn't happy with the album and made them write another song. It pissed off the band when the label changed the album's title from "Uncle Tom's Cabin" to "Cherry Pie".
It's still an awesome song!
What was it in? F*cking everything. Any 80s movie with a "Hot Chick™️" or scene in a nudey bar had this song in it's soundtrack.
Check out "Cradle of Love" by Billy Idol
Why do I always think about Christina Applegate when I see this?
I saw red is my fav by them. Uncle Tom's cabin is haunting. U related to warrant. Try Luka by Suzanne Vega
~* Woot.. Im 1st!!!... lets gooooooo.....I like cherry pie song hehe*~
Tommy Lee left that woman for Pamela Anderson
My bro! React to Don't Stop Movin by S Club 7. Big UK group in the 90s.
The Metal Hair Bands are the all time best.
The band hated the song, but the record company refused to put out the album unless they did the song. Saw a show about the band and the lead singer was embarrassed, because for the rest of his life he’s going to be the Cherry Pie guy.

If I think about baseball, I'll swing all night yeah!😲
You probably heard this in Joe Dirt.
Bad Grandpa!
Oh my! 😄😄
Was in bad grandpa
Was that line you thinking of dirty grandpa? Lol
Hey guys i watched your reaction to Stairway to heaven and i can’t help but think what your reaction would be to lynyrd skynyrd’s “Freebird” wait for it and you will be blown away.
You should do Poison by Alice Cooper. I think you will like it.
Great reaction!🤣
sadly jani lane pasted away from alcohol addiction,,,, RIP,,, oh and the beatifull blond became his wife
Singer ended up marrying her, he picked her up during the shoot lol
Yeah she became his wife after this video lol

I noticed you've never reacted to the Pussycat Dolls! It's about time you did Jayvee, you're missing out haha you'll need your water again
How did you not know who Warrant is?
Try some skid Row
Wasn’t this song on jackass bad grandpa 😂

Steel Panther.
Jay heard it in the strip club 🥳💃🏻😆😎!! Kidding ….
Unfortunately Jani Lane HATED this song very much! He wouldn’t do it live at concerts! But he passed away like I think 5 years ago! RIP to Jani
We lost Jani Aug 2011. So sad.
Yessss! CLASSIC song! Major trashy video for a trashy song but dang! It’s classic!!!!
Final girl?
Vajayjay
Sublime?? I think you mean subliminal.
I may be in the minority here but “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” is by far their best song
Bad grandpa
