I've only been to Vegas 1x when I was 14 years old in 1993. My parents were gamblers and figured the brand new Treasure Island was basically a childrens resort xD. I got to go when Excalibur, Treasure Island and Luxor were all brand new and shiny. It was one of the glitteriest memories of my life. I'm driving back for the first time as an adult in March. It's all I can think of
We stopped in there in May of this year and was surprised how nice and clean the casino was. All new carpet, everything spotless, and the musty smell was no longer. We had a ball there and were sad we had to leave due to dinner reservations. Don't believe I would stay tnere though.
Oh wow! I guess they finally had to up their game. I suppose it was tear down or renovate. This particular video was taken during a visit back in 2022.
Excalibur was our Go to Hotel, when our Boys were Young. You can get a Room and Still have Funds to Play the Slots, and Win.Yes it has been Better Days, But I still have Pictures and Memories of Great Days.
I can imagine how great this place must have been. It’s almost a victim of its own grandiosity. There’s no way they could ever bring this entire property up to date with renovation. Would probably be cheaper to just tear it down and rebuild. That being said; glad it’s still around.
Excalibur was amazing back in the 90s, there were alot more Medieval themed murals, statues, knights and minstrels, free dragon show outside, maze forrest with photo ops, free entertainment upstairs for the whole family. The buffet was 10x better, now it's nothing but a shell of its former self..
Yeah, I can imagine how great it must have been. A victim of its own grandiosity now, as it is far too large a space to actually renovate. Would probably be cheaper to just tear down and rebuild. But I am glad it’s still around. Not too many places like this left in Vegas.
Thank you for showing me this ❤️ never get the time to go in and look. My time in Vegas went so fast 😢 i whis i had more time there . But it was not so nice to see that the cleaning of the room was that bad !!!! ❤️
I stayed at Excalibur over the summer and my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet was actually good.
I didn’t have a huge issue with my room. Aside from the windows being dirty, the room was mostly clean. It was just dated and needed some new things.
me too, can't fault it
I enjoyed the medieval trap music you chose for this video!
Haha. Thanks! Spent a long time putting that together.
binge watching your videos right now!! just subbed!
Awwwww! Thanks! Hope you’re enjoying them. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch. Much appreciated. 🤗❤️

I only wish I could have seen those when they were brand new. I can only imagine how ridiculously cool they were!!! Where are you staying in March?!
@@ObscuristTourist oh man. I've watched about 2 dozen hotel reviews and I still haven't decided xD

This place needs to be updated so badly.

My mom and I love this casino n hotel love the royal tower the pools n buffet and definitely the solts except with they had jackot party
Its always packed in the summer months
No doubt!
Yikes. Stayed at the hard rock in the cure room was a little smelly like cigarettes but it wasa great hotel Very clean
Worst hotel next to the Tropicana on the strip.
It really is a throwback, and shocking that it’s still opening considering how much the hotels in Vegas have upped their game.
