This young man had hopes he was walking out of the jail after being a habitual offender, beats on children and has the most arrogant demeanor I’ve ever seen!! He really thought that saying, “ I object! I reserve all rights your honor…” was doing something! 🧐. Do the crimes do the time even if you try everything possible to not be held accountable….
And that sentence isn't the end. He's on probation for another crime and that too, will give him more time. Hurting a child? Time should be consecutive, not concurrent.
Honestly, American prisons don't help inmates to better their lives. I was watching a documentary in Ireland about how their government helps inmates with a trade for the betterment that changes their lives and gives them top-paying jobs. And they never return to jail.
Prisons are money makers that’s why they do not rehabilitate anyone their objective is to keep people in prison and when they’re released they reoffend because they’re not equipped to handle the outside world and that’s what prison does for these people
I'm not satisfied with the way I'm being represented... Off the record...back on the record... Are you satisfied with the way you've been represented... Mmm...yes... Yeah...he can represent himself... sure...🙄
I used to work with a slightly autistic guy who rocked back and forth like that whenever he had to stand up in front of people and talk about anything. He'd even twirl back and forth in his chair when he was thinking, which we could all hear because his chair was squeaky.
Why did State wave the habitual? He is habitual, so why would you wave it? Aw, though he has the cutest braids, just like my 3 yo has. Hair on the defense attorney (2nd case) is SO country-80s it hurts.
uncooperative witnesses and complainants are generally why the state waives things in order to encourage defendants to take a plea. i don't know if it's true for bexar county, but there's a systemic issue of backlogs in american courts since covid and trials chew up a lot of time for obvious reasons.
Lawyers, please stop lying about your clients' claim that they "accept responsibility for their actions." We all know that nothing they did was their fault.
The hair on the second case defense lawyer! If I chewed gum as a child, my dad would say expectorate that chutty, I.e. spit out that gum (Australian slang).
This is what happens when you sit in jail talking about your case and everybody thinks they are lawyers or you are a habitual offender and think you have learned enough. He just needs to be quiet.
I did not see any explosive emotions or anybody losing it other than that first gangsta dude looking high as a kite and mumbling I thought Judge Boyd was nice and respectful during the court hearings. Did I miss something? Boyd and Simpson are my two favorite ones on here.
Several years ago there was a huge scandal involving coerced Plea Bargains where DA's would threaten huge jail time if the Plea was rejected by the defendant. This scandal appeared to be a systemic issue with examples seen coast to coast. As a result, they now (as anyone who watches these court cases can confirm) go through every part AND make sure the defendants know what is happening, the consequences for taking a plea, confirmation that no plea was coerced, etc. In some cases, especially if there is a lack of intelligence, education deficits, cognitive damage from drug abuse, there is a possibility that the defendant may not fully understand. But none of this applies to the 2nd case as he is articulate. Thus, its just buyers remorse.
There was a lot of pressure on both of the first two cases from the judge and the lawyers. Neither defendants’ rights were honored. Finally the second defendant got a jury trial. The assigned defense attorneys are sometimes good, but the first two were awful. Judge is being nasty on this day.
Some of these defendants act like you don't know what their about to do. I would probably be thinking " is this person going to go off on me?) Judge Boyd she has such wisdom with people she's amazing!!
This man has every damn right to not be satisfied and has every right to question. And she needs to give people time to understand what she's speaking when she's speaking 100 mph. This is common place for her but it's not for these defendants they need to slow down and think about things a moment!
Don't they speak with attorney and prosecution well in advance before taking a plea? Not sure in Texas but everywhere I've been this has been the case.
Courts Judges lawyers for both sides do all they can to discourage trials for defendants deemed guilty they both judge and his lawyer put squeeze on guy not to have jury trail it cost time scheduling hell with justice
But defendants are all innocent until proven guilty and a jury trial for a felony is a constitutional right. Only a jury or the judge after seeing all the evidence can render a guilty verdict.
When your defense attorney has Loretta Lynn hair and is chewing gum, you're in trouble.
she's a frequent nut in boyd's courtroom
Amen
I absolutely agree...she's off her game for sure.
That attorney is an absolute mess in every video
😅😂🙄👍🏾😂
That first dude needs to go to prison. Nothing but a thug
He’s on parole and he beats a child. BS.
Wrong he’s innocent the system is keeping him DOWN. SYSTEMIC RACISM IS REAL.
👊🏽
She is such a good judge!
I cant imagine doing this all day every day. What a heart she has for her job. I thank God for judges like her. God bless you, dear Lady.🙏🏼
He sounded like a complete fool... I reserved my rights...and I object to the indictment (which is why you need to talk to your attorney...stupid🤦♀️)
Judge Boyd is a fantastic judge..... and one classy lady!!
HIS NAME SHOULD BE " MUMBLES "
he’s not ready to change. has that look “no one tells me what to do”” smug etc.
And he has practiced it in front of the mirror.
This fool thought he wouldn’t get jail time?
Love judge Boyd and her intelligence smart cookie
This first guy has definitely practiced that "tortured look" in the mirror.
For reals! 🤣🤣
And that sentence isn't the end. He's on probation for another crime and that too, will give him more time. Hurting a child? Time should be consecutive, not concurrent.
Should but most likely won't be.
Good point judge. It’s frustrating when some people talk like they know more than a lawyer who went to law school and passed the bar
Flowers are great today coming straight out of the purse!
😊
😊
My favorite judge ..so honest, so fair ..such integrity.....
the case at 1729 the attorney is chewing gum. So rude to do that in courrt.
Love Judge Boyd. Her knowledge of law is extremely impressive 👍🏻
The criminal thinks their lawyer should get them off scot-free. Otherwise they’re not satisfied with their representation.
I love these crimals think the know better the a lawyer who wet to school these public defenders don't get enough credit
Let's save tax money and time. Keep him in prison. He loves being there.
Honestly, American prisons don't help inmates to better their lives. I was watching a documentary in Ireland about how their government helps inmates with a trade for the betterment that changes their lives and gives them top-paying jobs. And they never return to jail.
You might have heard those words, does not happen
They get college education here. Let’s give free to criminals and nothing to law abiding citizens. What am I missing. SMH
So, what you're saying is that if i want a pay raise, i should commit fellonies in Ireland?
Prisons are money makers that’s why they do not rehabilitate anyone their objective is to keep people in prison and when they’re released they reoffend because they’re not equipped to handle the outside world and that’s what prison does for these people
🤷🏾♂️explosion Judge Boyd never didn’t see it or hear it always in control
I'm not satisfied with the way I'm being represented...
Off the record...back on the record...
Are you satisfied with the way you've been represented...
Mmm...yes...
Yeah...he can represent himself... sure...🙄
Taking a plea for 10 years of your life isn't easy. This moron had to be reminded that his options were 10 or 25. Not 10 or 0.
The long haired guy isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed.
A big dummy 👍
Between the gum chewing and obvious dedication to the 80’s 🤣🤣🤣
Some people get stuck and never change their "look." She was probably told she looked great 35 years ago.
😂
This punk is going to be put in protective custody with all the chomos and rats. Child abuse is frowned upon in prison. Tough guy.
Nobody cares in jail or prison.
Facts
Ten year Minimum hopefully.
Yes, he beating on kids and up here acting all whimpery, ugh.
He's gonna find out he's nowhere as tough as he imagines.
Got to love Judge Boyd
Orange jumpsuit can’t stand still. Wonder what he’s coming off of?
Mumble juice.
I used to work with a slightly autistic guy who rocked back and forth like that whenever he had to stand up in front of people and talk about anything. He'd even twirl back and forth in his chair when he was thinking, which we could all hear because his chair was squeaky.
I wish she would do a drawing for the purse. She usually has great taste in purses.
In an interview she said her mom buys them for her. ❤
Just wondering where they dragged this lawyer from.
6:45 dude is totally about to cry because he's realizing that he can't just whine and complain his way out of being held accountable for his actions.
That's the God's honest truth.... not! That woman council always chews gum in court.
This dude is just having problem with being punished in any way for what HE did.
Sucks when reality slaps ya upside the head.
Boo hoo.
What a Great Judge!
Interesting cases but hate the cluckbait
That pitiful look is hilarious 😩
1st case-Look at me, I'm so sad. Either plea or trial - simple.
I thought the same thing he's trying to look real sad, sorry it's not working!
First guy too lazy to breath!
Why did State wave the habitual? He is habitual, so why would you wave it? Aw, though he has the cutest braids, just like my 3 yo has. Hair on the defense attorney (2nd case) is SO country-80s it hurts.

Yall catch how the bailiff got into position behind homeboy? 😂
I have Watched Judge Boyd on Several Cases , She is a Excellent Judge I would have Loved to be Taught Law by Her...
Did anyone else see him roll his eyes upward. Omg
Look at that first attorney!!! He looks intoxicated, yet he isn't!
Lawyers, please stop lying about your clients' claim that they "accept responsibility for their actions." We all know that nothing they did was their fault.
Love Judge Boyd.
Judge Boyd runs that court like a well oiled machine, she firm but fair i believe.
Judge Boyd for President - compassion with structure.
The woman attorney needs a new hair style.
The hair on the second case defense lawyer! If I chewed gum as a child, my dad would say expectorate that chutty, I.e. spit out that gum (Australian slang).
Where is the emotional explosion????
I agree. There is none
There isn't one. Incel titling
It’s here in my house, watching the big hair woman’s repulsive gum chewing.
It was at my house when I saw the gum chewing attorney.
Unsubbed
What an actor out of work....
Straight foward judge. Luv it
She's taking his gun rights away, when guns were not involved!!!!!!!! U can't take all rights away in a judicial court !!!!!
If you are a criminal yes they can
Felony takes them away. A person can apply to get rights re-instated when they complete all terms of release.
They absolutely can, especially in a felony family violence case.
Everything is bigger in Texas. He hair is proof of that.
This is what happens when you sit in jail talking about your case and everybody thinks they are lawyers or you are a habitual offender and think you have learned enough.
He just needs to be quiet.
New Favorite Judge
I did not see any explosive emotions or anybody losing it other than that first gangsta dude looking high as a kite and mumbling I thought Judge Boyd was nice and respectful during the court hearings. Did I miss something? Boyd and Simpson are my two favorite ones on here.
Looks like somewhere in Texas there's a Juan's School of Law, Burrito Arts & Small Engine Repair.
It looks as if his Legal representative May have a Bullet Proof Vest On ??
AM I Mistaken ?????
Judge is not up for games or foolishness. 😮
Attorney chewing gum is so unprofessional
Chewing gum in court… Judge Judy would have tore her ass up😂
The defense moonlights as a prosecutor??🙄
There are judges in Texas that are court appointed defense attorneys 😢
@@kendrajohnson3706 I get it, kinda like the cops that moonlight as criminals. Who needs standards in morals and character.
Lie no explosion of Judge
I'm just here for the purse & flowers ☺️
👜💐
That lawyer is everyones nightmare of public defender.
He looks like a shady used car salesman
“ look at his face now!”
.

Is he crying???
Did she really tell someone to get out of her court? I must have missed it somehow
I will say the second lawyer wasnt that good
Looks like he's going for the Marlon Brando look. Or maybe he needs to use the bathroom.
Who dresses the defense????
Like a cow chewing its cud !!
I did not see anybody thrown out of court??
Seriously. Counselor #3 looks like a strip mall attorney.
I don’t understand he looks and acts like a real upstanding individual.
fucking cringe when he tried to talk to the judge with attorney lingo 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Judge is so awesome...so efficient and compassionate
14:04. That is some Texan hair!! I am so jealous.
There was a lot of pressure on both of the first two cases from the judge and the lawyers. Neither defendants’ rights were honored. Finally the second defendant got a jury trial. The assigned defense attorneys are sometimes good, but the first two were awful. Judge is being nasty on this day.
This boy looks like he needs to have a good cry.
What did he go to prison for to be on parol?
Beating on an innocent baby... SMDH
He has no respect for the judge the way he doesn't look up and you can see he has a attitude
Time to grow up!
Love the way ths Judge work's
Mumbling muppet
Some of these defendants act like you don't know what their about to do. I would probably be thinking " is this person going to go off on me?) Judge Boyd she has such wisdom with people she's amazing!!
I like this judge ❤
WAIT- I had no idea a defense attorney could also work as a prosecutor at the same time in a different municipality. Vid is a great learning tool.
I don’t understand the title of this video
When did Peggy Bundy become an attorney?
Mr Orange Jumpsuit thinks he is better than the courts. 😂😂😂😂
White hair, blue suit, needs to sit down and stop waving his hands like he is swimming...does anyone in Texas have respect for the Court System????
I love watching thhs lady
This man has every damn right to not be satisfied and has every right to question. And she needs to give people time to understand what she's speaking when she's speaking 100 mph. This is common place for her but it's not for these defendants they need to slow down and think about things a moment!

"Are you a US citizen" = unfortunately he is 🤮
UCC all rights reserved....🤦🏻
And a partridge in a pear tree...
