In chemical plant, jump on top of Robotnik and try to keep up jumping on his head 2. in aquatic ruin, jump on totem and keep jumping on him, if he is on other side, just jump to him, if you did hit him, you gonna bounce back. 3. When Silver Sonic appears, you can keep charging in front of him, it's gonna hit him, when you hit him 4 times, release button, and then fight like a normal.
Egg man is one of those things that you need to delicately balance between serious and silly and the music and his clown esq design in this match this perfectly
I noticed people get stuck on winged fortress so a little trick I use can help avoid those platform pits and I think cuts the level some (assuming you dont know of the other shortcut that is) basically when you come across the first chicken robot kill it and the ground it comes from can be used to jump up onto the ledge above, just move as far as you can to the edge farthest away and jump up their, there is a shield and above is a big fan used at a different point in the level, jump to the farthest left into the fan and you should clip from beneath it up above it effectively skipping the other half of bottomless pit platforming, I know people use the trick to take a hit via propeller and cut the stage in half that way but I always take the route mentioned above just cause.
Considering the Sonic 2 movie is named after this game, and we get eggman back, this song being in there would make so much sense, and I hope they use it in some way. Even if it's like a two second cameo before going all remix or something lol.

There are say 4-5 moderate difficulty bosses. Mystic cave is up for debate. Even then metropolis and wing fortress are the only ones I still find a challenge in They all have predictable patterns and the two mentioned are only hard because they actually defend themselves. Easy Bosses

I miss the Sega mega drive 16 bit. Sonic was the first game I've played in the 90's growing up. I can still beat it without dying and getting all 7 chaos emerald in each bonus level. Every check point can spawn the bonus level to get a chance of one emerald. Too bad you need rings to become super sonic.
Idk why, but this really gives me the feeling of being intimidated by a tough boss. I've never really been a fan of sonic, but i can't deny it has some great music. This theme being towards the top of that list
In Sonic Movie 2 when Robotnik was air guitaring it should have played a metal rock version of this song instead of the generic-sounding rock music they used.

I miss the Sega mega drive 16 bit. Sonic was the first game I've played in the 90's growing up. I can still beat it without dying and getting all 7 chaos emerald in each bonus level. Every check point can spawn the bonus level to get a chance of one emerald. Too bad you need rings to become super sonic.
Idk why, but this really gives me the feeling of being intimidated by a tough boss. I've never really been a fan of sonic, but i can't deny it has some great music. This theme being towards the top of that list
In Sonic Movie 2 when Robotnik was air guitaring it should have played a metal rock version of this song instead of the generic-sounding rock music they used.

My favorite boss theme from the franchise. Oh, and this is also my favorite game from Sonic, if not counting the fangame Sonic Classic Heroes, which does exactly what Sonic 2 does and more.
