fountains worked back in the day with water pressure. you'd achieve this by laying pipe down up stream. for every so many feet of pipe, you gain some pressure. romans, i want to say, were the main ones to make use of this. they made pipes out of lead and used them to do things like their baths and what not. after rome fell the tech was already pretty wide spread due to them conquering most of the world at that time.
I can't wait to see more of Leon the brave's adventure. I hope this series goes on for a long time as it is an instructive walkthrough with just the right amount of roleplay sprinkled in.
I'm sure many people have played skyrim so much they memorized most of the puzzles. It's insane how many times I've replayed through skyrim.

There's a room down towards the bottom left of your screen in the area where you first pick up Harrim. It has a secret area and a chest with a masterwork longsword in it.
After all your guides for this game it is very interesting to see you actually play the game (love everything so far :D)

How does the fountains work? This is an excelent question. Honestly. You have my respect.
you know they had such fountains in ancient egypt, babylon, greece, rome, etc. right? people back then were not as unsophisticated as one might believe.
Come on. The fantasy world fountains don't really seem to be working the way the fountains of those civilizations worked. With underground pipes and the like. And with no mountains around. I don't buy it. :)

I wonder what made them place this Fauchard there. It's a great weapon, certainly. But it is also a weapon that literally no one at this point can use. Except when you create your char to wield it... and then you have one of your own.
I hate design flaw details like that.

The mic is a bit loud, but the real problem imo is the humming in the background.
All the first act is so much harder if you don't have any neutral in your alignment... Good luck mate!

as a lawful good char you should not rummage through other peoples rooms/chests/secret rooms. you are no paladin you are a comon burglar! tsktsk...
What's with the 90's graphics? I can't get past that, well I guess if you can't do anymore dos2.
