So 1 coat of rust reformer. Then 1 coat of fluid film. Right?

I was thinking the same thing! Convert surface rust and cover with fluid film yearly.

I did like a triple coat of the rust reformer. I then used a can of surface shield. Plan on using surface shield every year. I live in Pennsylvania so rust sucks
