Hey DeadMeat! Can you do a Kill count on The Breach (2022)? Its about some people investigating a pile of skin without any of the body parts on a boat. One of the kills was so disturbing, it literally haunted me for days

See? This is what Blood and Honey was missing. This may be super low budget, with the killer being a well-known childhood icon to grab attention, but you can tell a lot of heart genuine care went into it, with the intention of just having fun making a movie. That's what separates the so bad it's good, from the just plain bad. I love all the nods to other Seuss books and David Thorton made for a great Grinch. And I'm glad James got to host a screening.

The killers in Blood and Honey are the more boring slashers I have seen in a movie. At least when they aren't killing.

In the original animated Grinch film he was played by Boris Karloff who was of course famous for the playing the Frankenstein monster so it’s kind of ironic that we now have a Grinch horror movie. Both Boris Karloff and David Howard Thornton spend hours in the make up chair for their horror films.

The Mean One feels like the best mix of a comedy horror film while at least knowing it is a satire. That and the twist in the end was brilliant and plays either way the idea of how the mean one is pretty much dead after the heart enlargement.

I PA'd for the film for like 2 days when I was 14. It's nice to see this getting the attention it deserves. It was a really nice environment on set.

But the monsters sucked since the only thing to resemble the winnie characters were the heads, even then they weren’t accurate enough
The Mean One just had a lot of fun, while still being a cheesy low budget horror movie, but it still felt like the grinch alot, and I enjoyed it alot as well, despite how low budget it was, I’d watch it more than blood and honey
It’s great to see Zoran continue his amazing success on Dead Meat and I hope we see more of Zoran because he is awesome and so talented

This maybe a low budget movie but my god does it have a beating heart of passion, this movie feels so genuine its not perfect but you can look pass it by just wanting to make a campy movie and stuff like this gives hope that with the right people and mindset anything can possible in making a indie movie like this one, this is what Blood and Honey wishes it could be.
I know plenty of people have said it, but thank you for what you All do. You make me feel safe, seen, and loved in this space that so many of us truly adore.
Always love these kill counts on low budget schlock like this. I'm always super intrigued by films like this but I just can't bring myself to sit through them in their entirety. Glad to have a comedic spin on them and still get that experience! Thanks Dead Meat team!
