Terrific opening sequence and soundtrack Harley and I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I very nearly bought a Vauxhall Victor FB way back when a nice pale green one, so yes I remember them. 928 is a dream car.The design of the Chrysler 300D puts me in mind of the Studebaker Golden Hawk of the same era. That Mini likes to let you know it is coming towards you.
Excellent video Harley, that Chrysler is an absolute beaut! IMHO the ideal colour scheme for the Pathfinder would be white foe the body with your no. of choice on the tail section in yellow, highlited in red with rattlecan metallic silver for the wheels, axle assemblies rad grille and 'engine. The rest is up to you,. Good Luck with the project Bonny Lad!
Hi 👋 Harley. Another good video. 👍 I am old enough to remember those Vauxhall Victor FB' s on the road. All Vauxhall models in the 1950s through to the 1970s sold well here in New Zealand. The 1970s Vauxhall Chevette i like there. Very nice in the silver colour. I haven't seen one for many years. The American Chrysler there is very rare. My Aunt and Uncle had American 4,door Plymouth Savoy bridal cars in 1964 which looked similar in shape to that Chrysler. They had the big fins at the back. I remember checking them out at the wedding back then as i was car crazy like you. Thanks for your video.
Me again Harley . I goggled Plymouth Savoy 1960 cars and they give some images of that type of car. It will show you what my Aunt and Uncles bridal cars looked like.
I think the Rolls may be a very early 20/25hp Harley, 1929-30 as you thought , its predecessor the 20hp , apart from very late models have horizontal radiator shutters. The wheels are spoked with detachable ' ACE ' discs. The Vauxhall FB Victor an earlyish delightfully original 1962 example with a scarce reversed 2-letter Bournemouth registration.
Great video Harley😊
Like the Rolls Royce
Thanks
great video Harley, nice victor looks in great nick still a few here in Australia Cheers
I usually have no interest in American cars but that Chrysler was something else 👌. Thanks Harley 🙏🏻

Wow, the Chrysler letter cars are rare and desirable here in the states. I've only ever seen one of them.
I remember seeing loads of FB Victors around in the 60s, used to quite like them. Were they mostly in relatively pale colours?
I think I've only seen them in cream and this blue, although a similar vx490 I have seen in green
Thanks! Don't know why I (sort of) remember that but for some reason I recall them as typically cream, light blue, or grey.
