Already quit my job. Just figuring out the digital nomad part. I prefer the creative side of being a digital nomad; making vlogs/gaming streamer/reactions/writing novels... Maybe even TEFL part time, too. I've spent most of my adult life as a comfortable hermit, bored of the constant squeeze of London and I have no ambitions of being super rich, just comfortable enough to live within my bare minimum means.
I am so with you. And congrats on taking the plunge man! It's funny, some people see "nomad" as "having an online business" - it's just about having an income, so whether that's TEFL etc...doesn't matter, as long as it's coming in. I just spent time in the UK and everywhere you go it just feels like they're fleecing you for everything they can. If you can get over to Southeast Asia, you immediately 2-10x your wealth. I like the creative side too, but if I had to rely on UA-cam...damn I'm down $500 a month haha, so I definitely "swallow the fish" paying the bills so I can do my creative stuff for long enough that can transition into the "true" passion.
