Funny story we had those stove top covers before I had start the oven on a Sunday I was pregnant I think at the time I went to lay down while my husband was cooking dinner. Well I guess I turn on the wrong burner lol I burn the topper on accident 😅 the house smelt so bad that we went to my parents house while the windows were all open airing out the place lol. Now I don't trust those toppers.

I keep meaning to buy taquitos at Costco and keep forgetting! It doesn’t help that my freezer looks like a perfectly competitive Tetris puzzle and I don’t have a lot of room so I think I would have to buy them and make my “enchiladas” that night.
