I found you in my recommendations and I hope you're happy with yourself! You made me so hungry that even though I don't usually do much for dinner since my son grew up. Usually a ham sandwich or pop tarts 😊 you made me dig in my fridge and pantry and made what my son called southwest egg roll enchiladas. Piece of chicken breast, spinach, black beans, corn, cream cheese, green enchilada sauce and lots of cheese in a tortilla. Omg I'm so full 😂 I figure anyone who makes me that hungry definitely deserves a sub! Rock on young lady! You're doing a great job! And cute kiddos, btw!

I think the title of this video is a bit misleading. Most people would say that's 3 meals with 22 individual portions, not 22 meals. I wouldn't have thought to add ham to a chicken flavored rice, that's an interesting choice. Was it good? I amazed that you turned 12 eggs turn into 10 good size burritos. Did you use some extra eggs from the other two cartons on your counter? Thankfully, I'm seeing this a year after you posted it and eggs aren't that expensive anymore, but I remember the egg crisis!

The cinnamon roll poke cake is too sweet. I would top it with whipped cream sweetened with a quarter cup of confectioner's sugar, or those who like Cool Whip can use that instead. That's a nice recipe but far too sweet, and not necessary.

My sister in law is British and it's not shepherds pie if its ground beef. It would be cottage pie. Shepherds pie is made from lamb.

Canned cream soups are just a canned white sauce. Memorize how to make white sauce it's way cheaper and way tastier than canned stuff. Their are a multitude of frugal recipes you can make with a homemade white sauce....SOS, sausage gravy, mac & cheese, tuna noodle casserole, tuna melts, chix or tuna pot pie, hamburger gravy.....on and on. WHITE SAUCE = equal parts butter(or other fat) and flour (I usually do 2T. or 1/4c. depending on what im making) cook and stir together for a couple of minutes then whisk in milk until the desired consistency is reached (it will continue to thicken as it sits). Very fast, very frugal, very versatile, very tasty. 😊👍 🍽️

That's why you need to buy cheese in a block and shred yourself because that bag cheese is not real they put some kind of stuff on it so it doesn't stick together. If you don't believe look it up its very unhealthy for you.

Don’t knock it til you try it, but you can put mayo on the egg sandwich!!! It’ll help keep the sandwich softer and it’s great at keeping the eggs more “creamy” in texture.

I don't understand why we don't have all these cake mixes in the UK apart from the vanilla, lemon, carrot, red velvet and chocolate from Betty Crocker. Can I use the vanilla mix to make this?

I made the orange creamsicle version of your poke cake using your video. It was cheap to buy the ingredients (less that $5) for a light sweet treat ❤ & will last for several day's.
