Patience, ha ha...I had a charter boat captain ease up about 10 yards from me and he spot locked when I was catching Black Drum straight down on the bottom in deep water one day in my kayak...It still irritates me when I think about how inconsiderate he was, he's got the entire bay to fish and he's right on top of me, ughhh. it kinda seemed like the best technique to hook up on those sheepshead was to just let that shrimp sit there till the rod got heavy. thats how grace was slayin em. counterintuitive.
They are pronounced Sheepshead,but I as well do call them Sheephead,and my wife calls them Sheepies,so I say it's safe to call them what you want!great video,beautiful family,tight lines my friend!
That big empty spot on top of your center console really feels wrong to me. Send me the measurements so we can design you a nice tray or something to go there. Gotta have drain holes and some non-slip as a liner... but should be able to have it be removeable. You know, unless you have big plans for something to go there already. :) Nice sheep trip!
