I feel like I just went fishing with you. Great video. I see a lot of videos that always start with bait but no instructions on getting your bait. Can you do a video on casting? Size nets? How to catch your bait? No bait no chum no fish! Thank you again.

I did watch them after subscription and they were great. I need help with best net sizes for different baits, which is better for the beach, jetty, from a boat, from a bridge and how to cast. If you can add methods to keep them alive if you don’t have a bait well in a boat that would be awesome. Keep the videos coming and thank you for sharing/responding!

I'm glad I found your channel. I am moving from North Port to Parrish within the year and I wanted to get a head start on some channels for fishing Tampa Bay. As a member of Saltstrong, I have done pretty good but always look towards the guides and locals of the areas to hone my skills. Thank you for having such an informative channel willing to show how you are catching snappers and groupers in Tampa Bay. I like my light tackle but also have the heavier tackle when it is needed. going out to 20 miles or less, what are you thoughts on Jigging with slow jigs? I like artificial baits but also do live/fresh caught baits as well. thanks again Brad, Tom

    • @badfishtv3813

There’s no reason why it wouldn’t, focus on the slower moving tides and I would try to chum up current from the bridge so that the chum falls to the bottom around the bridge.

    • @badfishtv3813

Experiment with the leader size depending on how they’re eating I go with as heavy as I can get away with and still get the bite for the grouper .

can we sleep overnight in the small RV at sKyway pier?I've heard Tampa bay w/ red tide for last 2 years an the fertilizer factory dumping toxic waste has ruined the bay for fishing. it's killed saw grass/ mamals/birds turtles fish all marine life.

Yes you can sleep on the skyway pier in a small RV as far as I know and have seen but as far as the health of the bay goes it is surprisingly good despite everything it has been through in the last few years. Grass did seem to be affected a little but there is some still there and plenty of life.
