    really love this workout. It looks so simple but the burn in my glutes was so hard and my legs were shaking at the last exercise. Incredible new way of training. The variation and length of your workouts motivate me every time again. After your workout I am so motivated that I will do another workout as well. I see so many progress in my muscles because of your channel. Thank you so much.

    This was lovely! Can definitely feel my glutes, yet felt relaxing at the same time, almost as a yoga class. Love it!

    how the hell does anyone stay balanced doing this. I could barely stay standing and spent most of the time flailing around. Either i have horrendous balance or im just doing this really wrong

    I really enjoyed the workout ,but somehow my knees were hurting more than my booty was burning. Maybe I did something wrong :(
    Was it the same by anyone? Ideas what I need to do different?

    I love it but it went so fast. I had to use a glider because my m working on a carpeted surface. It worked out well😀

    I’ve never heard of Pilates Reformer 🥺 I’m in love with it! I’ve only ever done classic Pilates but this is next level! Thank you so much ❤️ Would you recommend these doing them after a cardio workout?

    I really loved the workout but I wanted to ask why is it good to pull your abs in while doing that? A lot of other people say that in their workouts as well but I never understood why, does it help in any way?

    Hi! I loved this class but I felt the burn in my quads... Anyone know what I might be doing wrong? I have really dominant quads since I used to be a figure skater but It made me look very bulky and insecure. Anyone know how I can teach my body to target other muscles?

      Try to press into your heel more to connect to your glutes and shift your weight towards the leg that isn’t moving 😊
