how the hell does anyone stay balanced doing this. I could barely stay standing and spent most of the time flailing around. Either i have horrendous balance or im just doing this really wrong
I really enjoyed the workout ,but somehow my knees were hurting more than my booty was burning. Maybe I did something wrong :( Was it the same by anyone? Ideas what I need to do different?

Try to press into your heel more to connect to your glutes and shift your weight towards the leg that isn’t moving 😊
