- Ferret Toys: Amazon & Esty Haul. I bought some new toys for the ferrets. Some are handmade from Esty, one I bought off Amazon and then I finally made them a rice dig box! The flop fish from Amazon, the Wonky toy from Esty, and the rice dig box was their favorites.

Your ferrets are so cute and hilarious when they play! Unfortunately I haven't found anything my fuzzy likes yet. He either stares at me confused, or leaves the toy to explore the house instead. Still, trying to find toys is fun and you've given great suggestions! Luv Etsy!
It can be hard, sometimes I think they will love something and I am 100% wrong and all they want to play with is the box it came in lol.

PSA to everyone who wants to buy a ferret. DO NOT GET THEM FROM ANY PET
STORE EVER. In the united states it is REQUIRED for them to be fixed and
descented before being sold. All the ferrets sold in pet stores in the
US will commonly come from the Marshall Ferret Mill. These people sell
animals to labs to be tested on. They're a terrible place, terrible care
for all animals there. The ferrets are forced to breed all year round,
when they're only supposed to give birth to one litter a year. Ferrets
that come from there are fixed and descented at only 8 weeks old. That
is WAY too young. Because of this, ferrets in the US have an increased
risk of adrenal disease. Which is a tumor that, if left untreated, will
kill your ferret (treatment can get up to 500 dollars).
Buying from pet stores directly funds the Marshall
Ferret Mill so that they can continue their awful program. If you want a
young ferret, look into breeders. A lot of people put their own young
ferrets up for adoption every day! Reply to this message and let me know
what state you live in if you're looking for a ferret, I'll link all
reputable shelters in that state that you can look into.
Please let me know if there's any ferret shelters in new jersey or nearby cuz right now it feels like petco is the only option where i live
I just love seeing ferrets play in dig boxes. They are too cute!
They had so much fun. I was so afraid to do a rice dig box. I thought for sure one of them would try and eat the rice, but they didn’t!!
Loved the toys, my two get bored very quickly and I’m always looking for new ideas. Lavender loves stuffed toys and balls whilst younger Rowen just loves getting in to mischief! Cardboard boxes and any bags/envelopes are favourites here.
MrThewolfie bags and boxes are a favorite here too. Their always in my Esty shipping bags 😂
Such great toys in this video! I have wanted to get some of those wonkys for my ferrets so thanks so much for the link! I think my oldest who doesn't really play with toys much would really like the wonky. As soon as I saw that flopping fish advertisement I instantly thought it would be fun for ferrets, most cat reviews I have seen the cats don't really care for it. lol. Great video, thanks for sharing!💜🐾
My mums cats were scared of their flopping fish too haha!
I also make those little crochet rings for my ferrets but mine didn't like them much, knowing that yours enjoy them too makes me think I should try selling them :-)

Piggie Time they loved the rice and the flop fish the best. They also loved the wonky that was a knitted egg with rice or something in it
We have the flop fish for my cats ima have to see how the ferret likes it or doesn't lol
My ferrets are crazy about that fish and my cats could care less 😂. One of my cats is scared of it 🤦♀️
I tried to switch Jack from Marshall’s to Ziwi Peak and almost got to the last day with NO Marshall’s but he ended up getting diarrhea:/ so I started back on Marshall’s.. no Ziwi today. I was mixing it in hot water and he was getting sooo excited for his meal.. can I start over ? I just am hoping to have him on better food :/ please help
Personally, I wouldn’t give up yet, but I would maybe add back in some of the Marshalls and transition slower. Im going though the same thing right now. I just added a new soup mix to my ferrets diet and I had to stop giving it twice a day and go back to once s day because it was just to much. They absolutely love the new food, but it was given them diarrhea. When I cut it back it stopped. Im hoping over time I can fully take away the Stella and Chewys, even though the Stella’s isn’t a terrible food, the soup is made specifically for ferrets.
@@FerretTails ok thank you 🙏🏽 so much !! I will start Ziwi back very small amount tomorrow! He’s become soo much more active and playful.. it was so great to see him literally trying to climb my leg for the soupy mixture. It was just Ziwi and hot water. There is an Etsy shop that sells Dook soup ? Is that what you’re referring to? So you have a recommendation for soup ?

@@alicenwonderland3813 I don’t know for sure. Every ferret reacts differently. Although adding a really high protein first to your current transition could make the diarrhea worse. You may want ad new foods one at a time. That way if there’s any problems you will know for sure which food is causing it.

@@SketchingGecko that’s awesome! So many people don’t research before getting pets and they don’t always realize what it entails until after they have them. I love my ferrets, but they are definitely a lot of work and require a lot of time... but their 100% worth it!!!
