    PLEASE keep making these videos! My friend was watching your staff tutorials and saw you started making these, and I've been trying to learn rope dart so these will be wonderful! Once you've established a few tricks and skills, can you make some videos on stringing together longer combos of moves?

    ROPE DART!! I've been spinning for about 9 months. I love this move!
    I was recently inspired to pick up staff from some kind of professional ninga. It's been a couple months, and I'm in love.

      @@132tomass Dude! me too. A couple months ago, I was playing the new God of War and watching Trevor Belmont kill demons Netflix's Castlevania and thought to myself "Hell yeah, those swingy chain weapons are awesome" and I started watching a bunch of rope dart tutorials to live the dream.

    This is the exact one I was trying to learn as an animator. SUPER perplexing. Samurai Catwoman anime. Thank you this is almost impossible to break down without previous stunt knowledge. Thanks for explaining the core fundamentals. You are so ENDO!!! Gosh I love you for this. I'm beta-test a new physiques based stunt character animation called Cascadeur.

      I do every time i use my fire dart. The MK theme is usually my chosen track for this prop too.

    I live in Seattle and was actually planning on coming up to Vancouver in the next couple of weeks and would love to take an actual in-person class. I would totally pay for a one-on-one lesson as well!

    Love the tutorial girl...You are so easy to learn from...All your lessons are wicked girl
    (beast mode). ...keep doing your thing girl ...and i will always be here learning it all. I know this is an old video ..and its the second time i watched it...i just been focused more on all your staff tutorials. Which i think I got'm all packed down by now and I practice everyday. My friends are now amazed and its a mystery to them where im learn it from cause they think im pretty good and at such a fast pace. - Well it wasn't easy I can tell you that.
    So now im back to this video to learn the basics of the rope dart cause i'm pretty good with the mechanics of the staff. ...and watching this video for the second time made me say to myself,
    I CAN DO THIS TOO.

    I watched this video section, by section and was finally able to do the full wrapp after 3 weeks of practice 🙌 👏 😅. I have been following your instructions and learning control is the most important and difficult aspect of the whole thing. Thanks, I will watch a staff video 📹 😀 soon.

    it's close to 2 am here (Canada) thanks god tomorrow is my day off, and damned be the rain happening right now because it might mean that i won't be able to put in practice what i remembered ,by one of those strike of genius ( i'm definitely not one lol), that i could try it in my room 15 min ago , while starting watching your video.
    You're a really good instructor and your Flow is source of inspiration.

    Great to see you back with more tutorials! I've been following your staff lessons for quite a while now and really like your lessons. A small suggestion though, maybe make the intro a little shorter? 4 minutes is a bit too long, in my opinion

    I recently got a rope dart and I must say, it is insanely fun. I'm a bit lazy sometimes but this has gotten me moving more. The challenge makes it so satisfying. Although I have smacked the crap out of myself a few times.

    This is fighting for real equality your skillset is beyond comprehension for me I got out of martial arts early on but had alot of dif teachers some realy badass hand to hand instructors but none who could use any weapons with as mutch grace I would like to try this but I sense a nut smack in my future if I do

    gotta say the best thing about the vid is you, yes you've got great skill, but your demeanour has greatly changed. for the better can tell your happier now much more so. glad things are looking up for you with the career. the energy you exude is amazing. keep up the good work, love it. definately going to try this, been working qith the staff, but this will be a nice change, and it wont hurt as much when i mess up lol

    Try the Kasari gama or the sickle/Kama with chain or rope linked to the end of the straight handle either at the end or tip.

    Thanks Michelle. I’m learning rope dart. I think it’s amazing and cool. Your video was easy to follow. Practice, practice, practice. So very hungry for more. Would like to master foot shots, knee and reverse elbow shots. Was also wondering, what is the length of your rope? Does everyone have different lengths of rope depending on their height? Thanks.

    good job! as a kid I always liked terrorizing other kids with a knotted rope. kind of mastered swinging around legs and tossing a half hitch around the knot as it came around the running legs. and then I discovered bolo's. :) needless to say the neighborhood kids soon learned to keep well away when I had any sort of rope in my hands. :o
