    Wow. That was a heckuva workout. Love doing things by jump rope and this is a really good combination thank you. For anyone is traveling with a TRX training system just so you know I got a connector that goes to any swinging door at Dick’s Sporting Goods for about five dollars. Have fun

    Before I go, I want to thank you for the workout. I have - among other things - a cheap $30 (chinese-made) TRX suspension trainer at home which is my wife´s favourite piece of equipment but videos like this one are the most important element of my family´s exercise routine. I don´t have a jump rope so I substituted the rope-skipping for half burpees and I´m a happy mess at the end of this workout.

    Great Workout, I had to do all the upper body with the TRX with the jump rope, then the lower because I only have one TRX would love to see some battle rope workouts using the jump rope as well!

      Thanks. That is a great idea. Didn't think about putting together a Battle Rope/Jump Rope HIIT. I'll add that to the list. I love Battle Ropes. They are tough. This 30 second interval might work. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for following and keep the ideas coming. I appreciate it.
